Provider name locked. arrived, prepared and personable. She proceeded to go through the house and exterior, although not a lot of questions were asked about the interior mechanicals. The report provided was sufficient and included comparables.

I called the number listed in Angie's list and Provider name locked. answered the phone. I explained that there was no urgency in getting this done and he scheduled a visit 5 days out. He called back once before the appointment to confirm that he had the correct entry in the county auditor's website. He arrived on time at 10AM and spent about 1.5 hours touring the house. He was very friendly and personable and easy to talk to. He seemed interested in our situation and did not try to rush through the appointment. He took numerous pictures throughout the tour. At the end of the visit, I paid him his fee by personal check and he promised that we would have the completed appraisal report and invoice that evening. True to his word, the 26 page appraisal report arrived the same evening about 6:40PM by email. It seemed logical and well thought out and compared favorably to two recent reports I have reviewed from west coast appraisers. Since that time, we have had 4 real estate agents tour the house. Two of them feel that the house should sell for a price similar to the one developed by Provider name locked. . Two feel that we should ask about 5% more. Only an actual sale can tell us the truth. Provider name locked. was careful to explain that there were few houses on the Provider name locked. similar to style in ours and many of them were older or less well maintained. He also said that Provider name locked. conditions in January were very different than they would be later in the year, when the number of properties offered for sale increased. His appraisal was for the the mid-January conditions.

Provider name locked. was able to complete my appraisal extremely quickly and to my satisfaction. There were a couple of edits needed to my report but they were completed expediently. Overall, satisfied with the service and would recommend.- Jessica L.
