  • He examined her foot and ankle, discussed a treatment plan, and took x-Rays. The x-Provider name locked. showed a tumor which was unrelated to the ankle issue. He sent us for additional tests and got us an appointment with a top notch specialist at Childrens hospital. I felt like we had someone on our team working on the logistics of getting to the best bone specialist in the area. We were treated like highly valued patients and this was the first time my daughter saw dr. Provider name locked. .

  • I can't believe how easy and painless Dr. Provider name locked. did the procedure for removing part of my big toenail that had been giving me so much trouble for years.  The only pain was getting the shots to numb the area (Let's face it, toes are tender).  Since I had already gone to a clinic for antibiotics to get rid of the infection in the area, Dr. Provider name locked. was able to do the procedure on my first visit with no problem and practically no waiting time for me.  I was given the option of two types of home follow-up care routines, picked one and on my return visit 2 weeks later was told that there was no need of any more special care to the area.  I was done!  The paperwork they have to provide you says you may experience lots of drainage and possible healing time of up to 6 weeks.  I honestly believe that Dr. Provider name locked. ' skill, coupled with the home care instructions provided were a huge factor in my toe recovering in just 2 weeks.  At 61 years of age, it sure wasn't youth that helped me bounce back this soon.  Dr. Provider name locked. is easy to talk to and doesn't mind explaining what he's doing.  That really helped make the procedure more comfortable for me.  Not only really good at what he does, but a nice guy too.  Highly recommended!

  • Dr. D checked out the foot and removed the little cyst with ease, told me it was quite common, that others could form but could also be easily removed.  He also told me that there might not be any further ones.  
    I appreciated his "macro" view, it helped me to know what to expect.  I felt a lot of confidence in his assessment and manner and will definitely use him again if needed.  I give him an "A" overall!!
    There was an issue that arose, which I don't know if this is common among podiatry offices or not, and this is the reason I gave a "C" grade:  I got a bill after the procedure that was for the full amount, even though I have good insurance.  When I called the insurance company, they told me it had been billed as a "cosmetic" procedure  (on the bottom of my foot??).  
    Calling the Dr.'s office, the billing person told me that the insurance companies sometimes deemed it that, and that they would resubmit and contact the insurance company to try to get it coded differently.  Now I've gotten that same bill, so no fix.  The Dr.'s office did not seem to have any final control over this.   So I don't know if this could have been handled differently.  I just know that I've spent 5 times longer on the phone about the billing matter than it took the doc to fix the foot!   I'd still return to this doc.  Just thought I'd warn others to explicitly ask about the coding at the time of service, which I did not think to do.
