Ed returned my call the same day and we scheduled an appointment for the following week. He arrived early for the appointment, and explained everything he was doing to the piano. He was friendly and personable, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing their piano tuned! I will definitely be calling him in a year to get our piano tuned again!

Was most helpful, courteous and pleasant.
At no extra cost replaced several missing ivory key covers with ivory covers.
The piano sounds great even in the higher and lower octaves.
This piano had not been tuned for approximately 8 to 10 years.

When Provider name locked. arrived, I explained to her the piano also had a broken bass string and a "dead" key that worked intermittently. I had expected that she would have to order a new string but she said she might be able to fix it instead. She accomplished this before she began tuning. That's when she found the "dead" key which decided not to work at all. She was unable to fix it from the top so she took the front of the piano apart to work on the action. She used some kind of lubricant & also removed a wooden peg attached to the hammer that should've been removed when it had been replaced. It took quite a bit of time but finally the key began working. Once that was fixed Provider name locked. reassembled the piano and began tuning it. She was very precise in tuning and had to pound in some of the bass pins as they were not seated right. She went over & over the notes, making sure the Provider name locked. & pitch for all keys was perfect.
I am very happy with Provider name locked. 's work the additional attention she gave my piano. She spent 4 hours making sure it was in the best playable condition it could be. She also saved me money by working to reattach the string rather than just tell me she'd have to order a new one. Before she left I had her book my next appointment for a tuning in June. I'm so glad I now have someone to take good care of my piano.
