They are great.  I like them. I was at the end of my deductable year so I went to her only for three times.   But she was nice enough to give me a home programme so that I do not continue to pay the $45 per hour for the physical therapist. She was wonderful for the small short time I went to her. I have also taken my mother there.

  • As far as therapy is concerned, the experience completely depends on who you work with each time. Some therapists or trainers are friendlier than others. Some barely speak to you. It can be pleasant or it can be awkward. I did like how flexible the scheduling was!

  • This was my 2nd knee replacement. Same company and I requested the same RN and PT. I'm an RN so I'm very critical and I would absolutely recommend them again. They also told me if I felt I needed a home health Provider name locked. for when I got home I could call and they would provide someone immediately. I didn't need the Provider name locked. but it was reassuring to know I could get one. I had a complete evaluation my first day home by separate RN, PT and OT. As with my first knee surgery, I will get an exit evaluation by PT. Because it is my right knee and will take 2 more weeks to drive I am trying to get then 2nd two weeks covered at least to check my blood for the medicines I'm on. Not only were the staff clinically excellent, but emotionally very helpful. The first 2 weeks after knee replacement can be overwhelming and I'm sure I am doing well because of their expertise and emotional support.
