    Poulos, Dr. Ronald L
He is very personable and professional. His office is very children friendly. He treats up to 21 years of age. His support staff is very friendly and nice. He explains everything in detail and speaks very comforting. We liked his services and will use the same in future.

Excellent service from all office & professional staff. Dr. was very helpful, concerned, and explained the diagnosis and treatment very clearly.

    Roger Cornwall MD
He has an amazing bedside manner. I found him to be very skilled. Obviously, he's been doing this for a long time. We talked to about ten different members of his staff and they all said glowing things about him. The healing process is rather long term. We're in it about three months and his finger is still crooked. That's what happens when you smash your finger so bad. He'll probably be needing another surgery. We only had to wait a day and a half to two days to get the surgery done. Which is important when my three year olds finger is caulked at a 90 degree angle. In my eyes, he's done well. So far, I would say that his treatments are pretty effective. We really have to wait in order to see what happens. If we had to, we'd be using him again.

    Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center
It was difficult to find the hospital. Being unfamiliar with Cincinnati made it hard to follow the directions. When we did find the building, the parking was easy to find and it was easy to park, but we ended up parking quite a long way from our appointment. The hospital and waiting room were packed. We waited awhile before checking in and the check-in staff was very good. We waited a little longer and then got in to see the doctor. We saw the intern quite quickly and she was very good. Then the doctor came in and really made us feel very comfortable. He ordered the cast and told us how the baby would react - that he would learn to walk with it and even how he would walk once the cast was removed. I have found the advice on the baby's care to be very helpful and I feel very good about his recovery.
