  • We called to finalize the details three days before the event to find out that they did not have our order and they could not fulfill the order.  Exasperated that this is happening 3 days before my wedding, they put me up to the vice president, Provider name locked. .  They claimed that our order had not been converted to a confirmed reservation because they did not have a credit card.  At no point in the 5 months of planning and discussion was a credit card confirmation ever discussed.  We would have gladly given it to them to confirm the reservation but it was never asked for.  The vice president, Provider name locked. , became incessantly rude stating that is was our fault, yet no one from the company had ever stated that they did not have the order confirmed.  8 weeks prior to the event, Provider name locked. did come out and reviewed over all of the details with us and we assumed it was all confirmed. They did offer to make some adjustments to the order in order to fulfill it; however, everything was costing more than original order. ie no longer did they have the less expensive chairs, but only had the more expensive ones.  When I asked if they could give me the more expensive chairs at the same price as the quote, they said they could not do that.  Once again, stating that it was our fault that the reservation had not been confirmed.  They even discussed the time and date of set up.  Still at that point in time, no mention of lack of confirmed reservation was stated.  Mr. Provider name locked. then suggested that we take our business elsewhere.  We were flabbergasted that anyone would ever state that.  Trying to support local business community, we only choose local businesses for our needs.   Mr Provider name locked. continually stated that is was our fault; however, at no point in time was a payment ever requested to ensure that the order was processed.  During our discussion, Mr. Provider name locked. never did acknowledge that the error was on their part and continually blamed us for the error.  He was extremely unprofessional.  We will never use their services again, nor will we recommend them to any of our friends or businesses that we deal with.  In addition to the lack of professionalism in their businesses, they also have some internal communication issues with order processing and follow through.

  • They were extremely helpful throughout the planning of our event. They allowed us to start with reserving the tent and then add the other items to the order as our planning progressed. They were cheerful and accommodating about changes to the order. Everything was delivered on time, in great condition, with no hassles. Best of all, they were about half the price of another company in town that was trying to get us to rent much fancier and more expensive items than we wanted. They were able to do the measuring, the delivery, set-up and the pick-up afterward when we weren't even home. Making the whole thing incredibly easy for us. All of the communication was done by phone, mail and e-mail. They were careful about the details and easy to communicate with throughout the process.

  • Provider name locked. was terrific. He answered all my questions, helping me decide which machine I was going to need and how much mix. Then he worked with me to set up the delivery and pick-up times. He brought in the machine and set everything up, explained how everything worked, and made sure I had his number to call if I needed anything else. The equipment was sparkling clean and in very good shape, so I felt very confident about using it to serve my guests. Then he came and picked everything up the next day. The machine was a huge hit at the party and it was so easy to have there that I plan on doing it every time I have a big get together.
