  • He's very calm and polite. When he sees that you have a problem he gives you options, and they don't Provider name locked. your or harrass you. He's very very nice. The staff there is fantastic.

Oddly enough when I first moved to this area 10 years ago, I went to Dr. Provider name locked. .  I was impressed then with how calm he was, and with how gentle he was, while still doing an effective job.  I sought him out after a bad experience with my previous dentist.  I was so happy to find him again.  He now is my family dentist and we all go to him.  My children love going to see him.

All of his staff is very nice, as well--especially Provider name locked. !  She's really good at calling people back and checking insurance and the like.

  • I called the Liberty office on Tuesday morning 4/17/2012, shortly after they opened (based on their recorded message the evening before).  When the receptionist answered the phone, I identified myself, who referred me to Dr. Provider name locked. , why I was referred, and told her that I could go to any of their three offices for the extraction. She asked if I could come at 11:30 that morning. I could not do it on such short notice because of my surgery schedule. She then offered an appointment on Thursday morning. When I inquired if there were any openings for Dr. Provider name locked. on Wednesday, she said that they were closed on Wednesdays. When I asked if the other offices were open on Wednesday, she said yes and then asked me where I lived. I replied, but also said that was irrelevant because (as I initially mentioned) I was willing to go wherever I needed to get the pain eliminated. Then she asked me why I called the Liberty office if I didn't want to schedule my appointment there. I told her that it was the number in the middle of the referral form listing the three offices. When we got that settled, she then told me that Dr. Provider name locked. did not have anything sooner than the Thursday a.m. appointment. (The Tuesday a.m. appointment was with another Dr. that I was not referred to and had not requested an appointment with. Had I accepted the first appointment offered, I would not have known I was seeing a different doctor until I was in their office.) I accepted the Thursday a.m. appointment. The receptionist asked me if I had a referral and radiographs, and I confirmed that I did. We briefly discussed anesthesia options and she affirmed that I should have nothing by mouth for at least 8 hours before the procedure in case the doctor and I decided to use general anesthesia. She again asked if I had a referral and radiographs and I confirmed (again) that I did.
When I arrived at the appointment, I was greeted by the receptionist - after she finished chatting on the phone. I was admitted to an exam room very soon after finishing the new patient paperwork. Dr. Provider name locked. 's nurse was a delighfully pleasant young lady who was very kind and reassuring. She took a thorough medical history prior to seeing the doctor, and after the procedure went over the discharge instructions with me. The rest of the assistants and nurses were very friendly, kind, and competent. I would like to compliment the nursing staff and assistants by name but I was too stressed out by the visit to the dentist to remember the names.
I would not hesitate to refer someone to Dr. Provider name locked.  for oral surgery. ( My daughter will be seeing him for Provider name locked. teeth extraction soon.)  The only negative aspect of my experience with Dr. Provider name locked. 's office was the interaction with the receptionist on the telephone and in-person (the reason for the "B" for "staff friendliness").

  • He's great, we've been using him for around 10 years.  He's a specialist in certain areas, he's a periodontist but he also cleans your teeth and if you need implants they do that and any kind of specialized areas.  I went to see him and it was shortly after that my regular dentist retired so I just kept going to him.  I was last in for my yearly visit.  If there were any other problems I think he would be more apt to find it quickly.  He also did an implant for me.  He has two offices in Cincinnati, he draws from a large area.
