  • Elle Provider name locked. cuts my hair and is wonderful.  She is attentive, listens and doesn't push product. The staff are like friends and it's a lot of fun there.  They are responsive and are good with providing multiple appointment reminders.  They are great with follow-up.  They are a full-service spa and Provider name locked. and offer nail services and massages.

  • Overcrowded and dirty.  Noisy and impersonal.  This is not the nail salon to go to for a relaxing experience.  The nail technicians are obviously bored and speak together in their native Asian Provider name locked. right over you.  You have no choice in which technician works with you and there is a great variation in skill level...same pricey price though.
Obviously an assembly line; get them in, get them out.

  • We chose Identity in Provider name locked. as they have a relaxing and beautiful facilty and 10 years ago I used to get my hair done there and they were very good.  We were walk-in's and were given an appointment within an hour.  I should have followed my instincts and walked away when the receptionist asked if one of the nail technicians was licensed yet!  However, I was going off of the surroundings and my past hair experience so I gave them the benefit of a doubt.  The pedicures were adequate, though they took twice as long as what I'm used to and I actually had to ask them to clean under the nail.  The manicures were a disaster.  I had residual shellac on my nails which took forever to remove (not her fault).  She removed it carefully, and proceeded to give me a terrible manicure, second only in awfulness to the one I watched being done for my daughter.  The shaping of the nail was amaturish, and uneven, one fingernail being longer than the other on the same hand even.  I had to reshape them when I got home  The polish began to peel the next day.  My poor daugher was filed literally to the quick, with sores filed onto 3 of her fingers!!!  Her goopy polish job slipped off her nail within an hour.  While the technicians were sweet and enjoyable, they severely lack training.  The amount of time spent?  Two and a half hours!!!!  Ridiculous.  I just wanted to get out of there. Never again.
