seems to be a nice guy, but overall, the service was terrible. I gave him too many opportunities, and I should have learned my lesson after the first issue. I paid for a winterization a couple years ago through the Angie's List Big Deal I purchased. I contacted him to set up a time for him to come out and do the work. My wife and I both work, and the sprinkler controls are in the garage, so we needed to arrange to be home. First, he was totally late by over 1 1/2 hours, which is a problem because we had to be back at work. When he got to the house late, he said that his hoses were stolen from his truck overnight, so he had to use my hoses to winterize the system. I should have learned my lesson and not used him at that point, but I used him again for Spring activation. After he did the Spring activation that year, I contacted him for Winterization again for the following year. At that point he tells me that he never billed me from 8-9 months prior to do the Spring activation. I then had to go through my records to see if I paid him-- something I shouldn't have to do. I couldn't find a cancelled check, so I just paid him for it. Pretty unbelievable that he can stay in business forgetting to invoice customers. I still didn't learn my lesson, so I tried contacting him for Spring activation the following year. I called and left him a message, and called, and called, and called....but no answer, and no return call back. After 2-3 weeks, he finally calls me back and sets up a time to do the Spring activation this year. Again, I take time off of work to meet him, and this time he's a no-show. I tried calling him several times to see where he was, and he didn't answer my call. He really screwed me because not only did I miss

to have him not show up, but I also had to get my backflow device inspected for

County the next day, and they can't inspect the system if it hasn't been activated yet. I had to scramble to have someone else activate the system. Shame on me for giving him so many opportunities. I will never use

is good. I love
Cincinnati Sprinkler Systems Provider Name Locked
. They did a very good job. I like them a lot. They might be a little pricier, but one would get what they pay for. They are right here when needed. I have nothing, but good things to say about them. They were probably a little more expensive, but they did a good job. I had some locust trees back there with roots and they dug around the roots and did what I wanted. I'm very happy with them. I love their salesman. They are just a good company. I'm very happy with them. I don't always look for the cheapest person, but I want somebody that's reliable and somebody that's very close as it's a good thing. They've been very attentive. Their price was probably a little bit on the higher side and I can't just rate them on that. I hate to say anything negative. I could have probably got someone cheaper, but I'm not sure if they would have done a better job. I have to really watch myself with negatives. Their quality is excellent. Their responsiveness is very good. They were here when they said they were going to be here. If they say they would come in, they come in and if they can't for any reason, they would call. I like that. I've dealt with them in the past. I used to have a backflow preventer and they used to come out and service that. They were very helpful, very nice and very professional. I'm planning to use them again because I want to put a sprinkling system in the front. I've still got some things to be done in the front so I haven't called them, but I will be definitely asking them to do that. They'll come out and service if something is a little bit off. "

"Soon after hiring

's, I had weeds growing in my lawn like I'd never seen in the previous 20 years. The lawn looked absolutely awful. I fired them after four months. A couple months later, with a new lawn service, the lawn is looking better. I've tried a few different lawn services over the years, and

's was by far the worst for my lawn."

"They are really, really good and they have incredible customer service. They are just nice guys. They are really good about putting on new heads or whatever we need on the sprinkler system and they are just such nice people. We pay $35 a week for them to mow the lawn. Their prices are very fair."

"I initially called Lawn Sprinkler Management to turn our lawn irrigation system back on for the summer. But in the meantime, I'd received a letter from the county saying that I needed to make sure our drainage system was compliant with pollution standards (or something like that). I called the county and they said that irrigation companies should be able to do the inspection and many of them do it free of charge. So I asked LSM if they could address that as well. They said they could and that I should mail them the paperwork. I did that and made the appointment for the system to be turned back on. The technician arrived on time and did the job, but said that 6 of the rotors needed to be replaced. I said fine, but was not informed there would be an additional charge of $135 for the parts. This frustrates me because it seems like every time we have the system turned on or off, they find something that needs to be replaced. Since this is a technical operation that I need to outsource, I feel at the mercy of my technician and wonder if sometimes these replacements aren't truly necessary. In the future I will keep better track of which parts are replaced, when and why. Anyway, I was dismayed when I got the bill, needless to say.

A few weeks later, I got another letter from the county saying I am non-compliant because I have not responded to their request for an inspection. I told them that our irrigation service had taken care of it and that they had the paperwork. The county said they'd received nothing. So I called LSM and they said that the inspection had not been done at the time of the system turn-on, because a different sort of technician would have needed to do that and I never made an appointment. Well, when they told me to send in the paperwork, they failed to mention that I needed to make a separate appointment with a separate technician. So I did that, the technician arrived on time, did the job, sent in the paperwork and then sent me another bill for $100 for the service.

All in all, despite the fact that my system works fine, I will not be using LSM again. I feel that they are too expensive and don't communicate well.

"We gave our property an overall landscape update. It?s the kind of thing you see on TV shows, but unique to our needs. Now our colors, plant and shrub sizes, bloom times and ease of care all coordinate. We especially like the ease of care as we?re not ?green thumb? types but do enjoy the elegant look of our home with minimal time to care for it. We love it and judging from the compliments since day one from neighbors and guests so does everyone else!"

"They opened up the sprinkler system, and did a repair. They came on time and worked very efficiently. They answered all my questions thoroughly. I had used them in the past as well. Their pricing is a bit high, but their quality of work is good."

"I signed and paid deposit early spring, but they are in such high demand it was 2+ months before they started. They were fast and clean - the yard was not messed up that badly. They were also very nice and easy to get out as I did have to get them to my house for a follow-up to redirect one of the spouts. I shopped around on cost - using Angie's List - and they were the best price by far."

"LAWN MANAGEMENT SPRINKLER COMPANY not only did a great design but, they were very kind to my property and took the time to do it right by marking all utilities and even working around my outdoor lighting system.

, the foreman and his crew were great to talk with and made me feel completely at ease with all that they were doing. Everyday I was explained the progress and I tell you what, they moved fast and efficiently. Now when I have to water any portion of my yard, all I have to do is turn a knob and select the zones and go! It took about a week and when the system was up and running I realized that I not only had a great system but, I had a great company to back up the product and my new favorite

"They completed the installation as planned. There were a few follow up issues, and we could not get them to respond. We wrote letters, called and left messages for the owner but to no avail. They continued to bill us for items that should not have been billed. We repeatedly called about over billing and no one but the owner could make a decision, and he would not engage."
