I can only say that I know Clinton Griffith from USHealth and when I do have that need he'd definitely be my go to guy. He's a straight shooter and I have complete trust in his character. For me TRUST is everything. Additionally he's just a great guy to be around and easy to talk to. Great communicator is also an essential skill and Clinton is clear and straight forward. My first choice by a mile.

Fantastic. As a Medicare insurance broker, I need someone I can trust for my prospects that are too young for my products (often a younger spouse). Clinton and his team always make me look good for having referred them.

    The Christ Hospital
Procedure went well until I got the bill. They charged $4,000 more than the Cleveland Clinic did for the same procedure a little over a year ago. Christ Hospital charges exhorbitant prices for not just this procedure, but for most other procedures. I asked how I could challenge the high bill and was told to write to their headquarters in Dallas Texas (I thought Christ was a Cincinnati hospital - not so). I worote to Dallas on 10/28/16 and shared a comparison of their charges with those from the Cleveland Clinic. As of 12/8/16 I had no response, so I called Dallas and was told to resubmit everything which i did via FAX, and received a confirmation that the fax went through. As of 3/13/17, I still have not heard anything from Christ Hospital. AVOID THIS HOSPITAL A ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ARE WEATHLY AND HAVE MONEY TO SPARE. Next step is to go to the Ohio department olf health and the Attorney General for Ohio. They exorbitant and unreasonable charges border on FRAUD.

    Mercy Hospital Anderson
I had a problem with them in 2001. I talked to the physician in charge, and we got into a shouting match. Other than that, they have been good. I had Dr. Lee, and she was very good. I would not use them for that procedure. The manner of the chief of staff and their denial, you realize some of those things said about those people are true.

I try to not use this one too much because, it's terrible. I go to a different one. They are not very professional. My doctor will call my medicine into there and a lot of times, they don't even have it. If they do, they can only give me so much. It will take until the next day to get my prescription. I can go to a different Walgreen's and they will have it ready for me the same day. They have some descent prices. Sometime's I have to go to them, so I will have to use them again.

    MED+ Urgent Care
There is NOTHING urgent about this place! When I arrived, there was 1 other car in parking lot, 2 patients in waiting room, and the only doctor was reading a book.

During my 30 mins of waiting (the whole time watching the doctor read his book), I never saw any nurse or other patients in the back. One of the patient's waiting had family come in. She was upset saying she had waited for 2 hours so far!

At that point, I talked to Steve, the office person, and he said they had been busy. The lady then said that wasn't true, as she had been there for two hours! I then said, how can that be true if the parking lot is basically empty and the doctor has time to read?

Steve then tried to say it was because the nurses had to do intake. The doctor can't do that? It takes 2 hours for one patient? Again, I saw no signs of a nurse or any patients in the back.

I demanded my co-pay back and said I was leaving. The other lady also demanded her check back. Steve became rude and ordered us to sit down. We both told him no so he shut the window on us instead.

At that point a nurse appeared and tried to call me back (even though the other 2 patients were there first). I told her no and that I wanted my money back.

Steve finally did issue refunds to us both. Also, that other patient confronted Steve about his rudeness to us and another couple who left before I arrived because of how they were treated.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I am now at Christ Hospital's Urgent Care located at 4440 Red Bank Road in Cincinnati. This place is amazing! Come here instead!!!

    Mercy Medical Associates
Completely unimpressed and appalled. The medical assistant at the front desk was less than friendly, but fine. We were taken to an exam room by a nurse who took the medical information regarding my son, and not only did I have to spell Hodgkin's Lymphoma for her, but explain what it was, as well. I would think that a nurse wouldn't need this explanation. The doctor seemed cold, rushed and his "bedside manner" was less than impressive. However, the nurse who came in to do the strep infection test...unbelievable. In all the years I have taken my son to the doctor for numerous illnesses and injuries, never have I seen a nurse perform a procedure with such a lack of skill and WITHOUT GLOVES. It wasn't until she had her hands in my son's mouth that I realized her finger was bleeding, inside his mouth! When I told her she was bleeding, she seemed offended, to which I told her nurses are supposed to wear gloves when performing procedures...needless to say she didn't appreciate the comment and immediately developed a hateful attitude. I'm fairly certain not wearing gloves and bleeding inside a patient's mouth is against every health code violation in place! Needless to say, we will never be visiting this office again. I would highly recommend researching another office for your medical care.

    Kroger
I like them.  I get my refills without problems.  I can even do it through my smart phone.  They are computerized and give you automatic prescription refills.  They are near my house.  They do what I need them to do.  It’s a good place.

    Walgreens
I've been using them for more than six years. They're open 24 hours and they have a drive-up. They also have a little clinic. It's very convenient for us. It's within a mile away from our home. So it's very convenient for us. They're pretty straightforward and try to get your medicines to you ASAP, because they're pretty busy. They'll let you know when it should be ready.

    HealthSpan Inc
HealthSpan has me worried. I signed up in December and haven’t gotten a bill. I called them in January, they said I would get a bill shortly and when I got the bill I called them, tried to pay it over the phone. I was on hold for thirty seven minutes and then they hung up on me. So I went to a different number and they said that the billing department wasn’t even taking phone calls and their mail boxes are full, and said they would call me later. I called back two days later, I paid with a credit card, got a confirmation number on Friday, the ninth, I gave them a couple days to get me into system, I called Tuesday, the 13th of this week to try to find out information about how to get prescription with this plan because I have no information. Their prescription company that they use is Catamaran and they said that the account wasn’t active yet and asked me to call back in two days. I called back the insurance company saying I have the confirmation number but I am not in the system yet, and if they could add me in the system so I could get the prescription and they said give it two days. The very next day, the health insurance company called me and said you need to pay, you haven’t paid yet and we are going to drop me. I said I have the confirmation number, they said that will not help them at all and said they must have printed it out before you paid. I was like why would they print it out before it was due and give it you on 13th when I paid on the 9th. It didn’t make sense so my confidence in them is dwindling quickly and I feel like it was a beaten switch. I went with them because when I looked them up on the government healthcare site, I specifically looked at every plan and if they had my primary care physician and they had her listed. When I went to confirm that after I paid, they said, oh she is not in our plan but you can pick someone else. So the whole reason I went with them was a sham.
