    Really, the main reason I'm writing such a positive review is the professionalism, integrity, and pleasantness of the sales person, because the phone repair failed.
      I had previously had the company replace a cracked screen on my Samsung, so I brought it back when the charging cord wouldn't plug all the way into the charging port. The sales person said that's common, especially with Samsungs. He said it would take a couple of hours to install a new port. Actually, they worked on it for a day and a half. Unfortunately, while working to replace the charging port, the repair person broke the microphone. So, they repaired that. However, when that was done, the charging port didn't work again.
      Fortunately, I had a  spare Samsung S3 (long story), so I used that while they tried to fix the phone. Finally, I suggested that that old Samsung had seen it's day and said I could just use the other one. However, I wondered how to get all my stuff to the new Samsung. The sales person said he could back up everything to an SD card and everything would port over. He did a great job with that, and I was up and running right away.
      I wondered what to do with the broken phone. The sales person asked if they could hold on to it and continue working on it. "When we are confronted with a challenge, we challenge it back," he explained, with a determined tone. I said, "Sure." So they're still working on it.
      That's the attitude that signals excellence: an inward drive, compulsion really, to do the job right. And that's why I'm giving this company a Page of Happiness even though they have so far failed to repair the charging port.
      No company is always perfect. But outstanding companies attract and nurture people who relentlessly drive toward excellence.

    We were having problems using TWC wireless service for our internet usage. Mike came and installed a new wireless server, plus a wireless extender to give coverage for the whole house and all of our internet needs. It took several visits for him to work out the kinks in the system, but Mike came back until the internet outage problems were resolved. Connecting many different devices to a wireless server is complicated, but Mike was able to manage it successfully.

    I took a non-functioning laptop in to determine what was going on with it and whether it was best to just get the data off it or to have it repaired.  Getteck is a husband and wife run business and I first dealt with the wife.  She took a quick look at my laptop by trying to boot it up.  The screen remained dark and it sounded like the hard drive was not booting up.  She told me they'd seen a lot of problems with that particular model of laptop and she thought the problem was likely a chip on the mother board that had lost it connections and needed to be re-soldered.  We talked about the cost to repair vs. cost to copy data to a flash drive and since we had already replaced that laptop and really just wanted the pictures and music that was on the hard drive, I opted to have the data moved to a flash drive.  She was also helpful in discussing options for disposing of the laptop.  Due to the numbers of problems with that particular model they did not want to purchase the laptop for parts which I totally understood.  She said that they could pull the hard drive for me and that Goodwill would take the laptop without the hard drive and sell it for parts.

    The work was done very quickly within a day or so but I wasn't available to pick it up for about week.  When I went to pick up my laptop I dealt with Mike.  He was very helpful in answering any questions I had and labeling and packaging up the removed hard drive in a static proof sleeve.  We had a nice conversation and he gave me some tips for laptop maintenance, let me know that they do IPhone repairs like screen replacements, as well as have an annual service where they will log onto your computer remotely once a quarter and tune it up.

    Overall I had a wonderful experience with Getteck and would definitely recommend them to others.

    A Budget Repair did a great job. I appreciated that they were able to fit me into their schedule quickly. On my oven they installed a new igniter. On the fridge they thawed the water line which had frozen and cleaned off the coils during the process. Eric also took the time to explained what he did so that I can check and unfreeze the line if needed myself - a nice bonus.

    Brian was awesome - go to iRepair Solutions.
    PRIOR to going to iRepair:  My son and I started addressing the shattered screen by trying a self-repair - purchasing a replacement screen for ~$60 from another company online. We are both fairly patient and detail oriented.  The self-repair option is not for anyone who is impatient, faint of heart, in a hurry, all-thumbs or lacking jeweler screwdrivers.  We meticulously followed the Youtube video(s).  Removing the tiny shards of glass and bits of adhesive took the most time.  After 2-hours, we were near the last step - connecting the second digitizer (screen) connector to the main circuit board. Off and on throughout the afternoon, we tried individually and together, to no avail. 
    The next day, we took it to iRepair, and Brian, who was very respectful of our predicament, pointed out that the connector on the replacement screen we bought was defective. (No wonder - it's going back for a refund!)  We decided to have Brian replace the screen. 20-minutes later he was done. Your time may differ slightly - note that we had already cleared the glass shards and adhesive - although he may have had a simpler/quicker method than ours.
    After having tried the repair ourselves, for several hours, I had developed a heightened respect for Brian's expertise. I was also very understanding when my son pointed out that the home button still needed a bit of adjustment.  I took it back the next day (we live nearby) and Brian quickly readjusted it - just like new.  iRepair Solutions deserves an A-Rating!  - Mark S.

    Jack was polite and introduced himself while at the front door.  He took a minute to pat my very friendly cairn terrier.  We went to the basement.  After placing the dryer on a rug on its' front he tested the thermostat with an electronic devise and then explained the problem to me.  He stated that when the thermostat broke the dryer was programed to shut down the heating eliment so that the dryer would not overheat and precipitate a fire.  Both parts were replaced.  The dryer was cleaned and Jack even placed the soap back on the dryer after it was righted.  Jack was very pleasant.
