  • Sales rep Troy seemed clueless. Any question I had he had to check with technician. Most follow up questions he'd also have to check with the technician. He gave conflicting information. He insisted that their speakers only worked if I purchased one of their subwoofers for each pair of speakers!! I have many of their speakers without a subwoofer and they work fine. When I questioned him on this he got angry and defensive. Said he doesn't want my business and hung up on me. I called back several times to talk to the owner, Doug, and each time Troy hung up on me! Times must be very good.

  • What a great service! Seriously, A's across the board. He arrived exactly on time, professional and friendly, mounted a rooftop antenna, set up two TiVo DVRs (which are fantastic and I highly recommend). We get crystal clear signals for all the networks, plus several more channels that I didn't even know existed...FOR FREE. The TiVo integrates our Netflix and Hulu right into the DVR, so even those are easier to use. He had some challenges due to the layout of our house and had to come back a second day, but he did that at no charge. Wonderful service. Very highly recommend Antenna Cowboy to anyone looking to be done with cable or satellite. Saving $80/month, our upfront costs for his service and the TiVo will pay for itself in just a few months.

  • Prior to buying my new car I called Big Papa's and asked if they could install a CD player in my 2018 vehicle. The employee told me that it could be placed in my console for a charge of $499. After I bought the car I called to schedule a date to put the player in and was told that since my car did not have an auxillary plug no player could be installed. I am now stuck with a car I do not like because there is no way to install a CD player.

  • He came soon after the call to have the work done. It did not take long after the call for the service visit. Got the job finished in a few hours. We now have free t.v. coming through our new antenna. He indicated he would come back if any problems with reception. We have not needed for him to return.

  • Larry did not know that Time Warner Cable did not support Amazon Fire Appliances. (I had been falsely advised by TWC that they did.) Much time was spent in my office researching the problem and on the phone to Time Warner. After requesting a multi-plug from me to plug in the TV and appliances in my bedroom, the TV and appliances did not turn on. We went to the basement to see if a breaker had been tripped. None had been tripped. However Larry threw several breakers including the 220 breaker for my central AC. We determined that Larry had not switched the multi-plug on. Larry charged me $150.00 for his time here to essentially hook up two DVD players and determine that the WI-Fi hookup was not possible. He was hear longer, but much time was spent on my home computer or on the phone. Subsequently, I lost my central AC cooling. The fan ran but the unit did not cool. I called a AC repairman that determined with his multi-meter that the central AC unit was getting enough voltage to run the fan, but not the compressor. The repairman determined that there was voltage to the breaker but not beyond the breaker to the AC unit. He fully through the breaker and my home is cool. I tried to speak and email Larry regarding this and I received hostile replies after many efforts. I merely suggested that his errors caused the AC problem in a polite manner. I did not suggest a solution. I briefly heard by email every excuse in the world (old wiring, etc.) for his mistakes. Larry advises me to find someone else to help me in the future. I did not need that advice. His adversarial approach to my email and his inability to return my calls created my need to make this negative post.

  • It went great! They were able to fit me in even with my crazy work schedule. Came right when said they would and fixed everything on our list. Caulked to tub, replaced a bad outlet. Showed us where to place our tv wall mount. Fixed the drain on the bathroom sink. Got very fair estimates for some possible future projects as well. And they came back to do a little touch up on the tub, again working with my crazy schedule! Strongly recommend them, and i plan to use them again myself!

  • I have never met a company as professional, prompt and honest as Cullen. From the start Andy was so prompt and even during the holidays responded to my request. Rodney the installer was top notch and a great example of what this company stands for. I am going to use Cullen for ANY electrical need in my new home going forward. I am so impressed on this process from start to finish. No loose ends and this company is solid and don't overcharge.

  • It went great. It was very expensive work (probably more than the equipment is actually worth), but it all had sentimental value to me. Ben was extremely thorough and told me exactly what he was going to need to do. To say Ben is knowledgeable about vintage stereo equipment is an understatement. His walls are literally covered with dozens of certifications from various brands and it was so nice to be able to trust that my equipment was going to be treated with the care and attention to detail I expected. I'm extremely happy with the service I received and will absolutely be going back to him for anything I need in the future.

  • Arrived promptly and worked diligently for several hours. Went an extra mile to spend time installing a DVR. Everything works beyond my expectations. Despite what it says on his website about receiving 49 channels, the actual number is 62 channels as he notes he needs to update his website. I am extremely pleased.
