Spent over 3 hours on the phone getting a phone activated, and then STILL had to drive to the store to get it finished. All due to their "policies" - must buy phone on the device with the upgrade even though you KNOW this is not the number that should go with the new phone. Then once you have received phone you must get it switched to the number that you were purchasing it for in the first place. Complete waste of my time and they are paying LOTS of people to handle these issues that they create themselves. Only good thing about Provider name locked. is the network. If someone would rent their network and get rid of their ridiculous policies many people would switch immediately.

They can't find anything and yet I STILL do not have phone or internet service 50% of the time. Still being CHARGED full price for a service I am unable to use.
So tired of getting the run around from them. Customer service doesn't speak English. They read their script, make an appointment. The tech shows up, looks around and says nothing's wrong. If nothing is wrong then why can't I get a brand new phone to work? Or even an ancient non-electronic phone to work? Where is the high speed internet you promised me? Why are you billing me for a service I can't use?
I have ZERO phone service and have had NO PHONE for the last week. My internet may or may not work. Nobody seems to know WHY altho the issue is CLEARLY from the phone line to the house as there is NO DIAL Provider name locked. coming into the house.
They still charge me for a full month of service even though I have not been able to USE the service because it doesn't work. Ridiculous!
I'm so disgusted with them but I'd rather use the Provider name locked. service than go back to Time Provider name locked. . Isn't there a DECENT RELIABLE internet service provider in this town? Right now it's just the Provider name locked. of two evils and it's STILL evil.

They were supposed to cancel my cable and keep the internet (I'm in a monopoly zone), of which I had confirmation over the phone over a month ago, but they didn't. Service was supposed to stop on the 3rd, I turned on my TV on the 4th and cable was out, so I assumed they had disconnected the service as requested. It turns out that it is just horrible cable and was down anyways, they did not disconnect the service, and billed me for it. Their customer service in resolving this is atrocious. I now recommend to people moving to Provider name locked. to make sure that the apartment they are choosing is NOT in a Provider name locked. monopoly area because the service is that bad.
