  • The following is the exact complaint we filed with Better Business Bureau last night:

    I purchased a 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche from Provider name locked. Auto Sales on June 10, 2014. The Service Airbag Light was lit due to a malfunctioning clock spring. Provider name locked. lamented that it was costing him $500 for the part which is what I see at part stores as the cost of a new part with a minimum of one year warranties. Prior to me taking delivery, he called me to ask if it was OK do disconnect an aftermarket alarm system that was tied into the clock spring because he was concerned that, should the new clock spring fail, the warranty would be voided by the aftermarket alarm. I responded that I would much rather have the warranty and do not care about the alarm system; therefore, I instructed him to disconnect the alarm. The clock spring he installed recently failed. I called him at 9:54 AM on February 19, 2015, prior to authorizing a local Cincinnati shop to repair it, so as to give him an opportunity to exchange the faulty part.  His office person informed me he was out and would call me in the afternoon which he did not.  I called again at 9:53 February 20, 2015 and was told he was on the phone and would call me back in ten minutes.  He did not.  I called again at 10:42 on February 20 and explained the situation.  He said to call back in ten minutes as he gathered the file. When I called back at 11:00 AM he immediately said it was a used a part and that there was no warranty to which I asked, why did he ask me if it were OK to disconnect the alarm system to safeguard the warranty if there is no warranty. He got defensive, kept saying “What did I do wrong? I didn’t do anything wrong!” and got belligerent to the point I had to terminate the call. Only then did I authorized the local shop to complete the repair.  They informed me the clock spring was broken, installed upside down and from a junkyard. The shop also provided me with a video I can share with you of the improper installation. The repair cost $791.36.  I can provide a copy of the repair invoice. I would not have purchased the vehicle had I known he replaced it with a junkyard part.

  • They now offer free oil changes but we bought the car before they started the offer. The quality of the service is excellent. we've never had a problem getting an appointment. They're prompt. They're fast. we've been happy with their service. They do everything right. They Provider name locked. me when I go in. They have a number of service managers who sit down with us and talk about what needs to be done and they check my records so they can tell if they're missing something that should be done. They come out and tell what was done, what they would recommend if anything. I just think that they do it right.

    Their site is dis-ingenious at best and appears immoral.
    DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR(s); REGARDLESS OF SPELLING AND WEBSITES;  AS BOTH HAVE SUSPECT ENTITIES & SERVICE IT APPEARS.
    I've got demonstrated experience w/ 4-6 recalls with Provider name locked. and I network w/ other owners throughout Ohio region.
