  • I never made it for the appointment.  I finally was able to get the saliva test done as I was on antibiotics, steroids  and anti fungals on and off after he told me to get the test. All things they tell you not to take if having the test done. The first time I was able to do the test free and clear of drugs I had it done and paid $150 out of pocket. I called to make an appointment to go over the test and got reminder on the Friday from them in which I did not get until Sat.  At that time it occurred to me that the test results may not be back so I called the office on the Sat as they have a 24 hour cancellation policy and asked them to call  me on Monday as I may want to change my appointment if my results were not in. The Office Manger calls me and tells me that the results were not in and since I did not give 24 hour notice because weekends do not count, that I would be charged a $50 fee. She spoke in a very rude and very unprofessional manner.   Myself once an office manager at my fathers Oral Surgery practice, I cannot imagine speaking to anyone in this tone.  I told her that if I was going to get charged, that I would come in anyway.  She called me back and said not to come in because they had an emergency and that someone would fill my spot and that I would not get charged.  She said that my test results would take 3 months to get back! I said if it was 3 months to get results than I wanted cancel because a lot could change in that time frame. She said that I needed to call the lab directly, so I did. They told me that they were in the process of processing the test and that they had no idea why she would tell me that it would take 3 months for it to process. That it take 7 to 10 business days and asked if I would call the office manager back and inform her that she had the information wrong. The office manager insisted that it takes at least 2 months for them to receive and became argumentative about it. I simple said that I was just relaying the info. So 2 weeks later I call to see if the test had come back, just incase it did not take the 2 months and they had.  I asked to schedule an appointment and a different, actually a nice young lady said that she saw something on my charts saying she could not do it so she inquired about it. She came back to the phone and said that there was a misunderstanding and that they thought I did not want to come back. I assured her that was not the case so she scheduled my appointment. She said that I should have gotten something in the mail certified . I was out of town for 3 months so I did not get any certified mail which I could  sign for being out of town as they did not forward the letter and I was out of town when I made the appt as I live in two places. (looking back I think she told me 3 months until I get the test back so she would have time to send me the certified letter in advance and was putting me off). I then get a call a week later from them saying that they made my appointment in error and that they no longer can service me as a patient and insisted that I got a certified letter which I had not. They insuated that I was lying.  I was back in Florida and 5 days later I did get a certified letter that I signed for stating that Dr. Grable could no longer service me and unless I had an emergency in the next 30 days not to contact him and gave me other referring doctors that did not have great reviews. By law you have to give 30 days for emergencies. This was not them trying to be nice and when I thought I may have an emergency they referred me to the emergency room!!!!   I have had some breathing issues so I did e mail Dr. Grable to see if he could at least do a test for diabetes before he dumped me as a patient as someone told that my symptoms were of that nature and that it could be serious. I tried to get in with the doctors he suggested but it takes months being a new patient and Dr. Grable has been my primary doctor for many years.  So I get a call on June 23 rd, 2015 from an office staff responding to his e mail in his place.  She was giving me another referring doctor as I prefer holistic. I explained that I can't get in with these doctors and I am bit concerned about my breathing. Emergency rooms do not do diabetic panels. They treat they symptoms and then tell you to follow up with your primary doctor which I no longer had.  She told me to go to the emergency room! I told her that it is not all the time but just when I eat certain foods. I told her that I thought I had 30 days if I felt it could be an emergency and she said I only had 30 days and that it was almost up and to go to the emergency room because they a done with me and that they want no more calls or e mails from me.  I asked what I had done as I was truly baffled that a doctor would just dropped a patient for no given reason, or at least one that I had no idea about. She said that she did not know details but it was do to a scheduling problem.  I said wouldn't it have been better to discuss as there may have been a communication break down from one of our ends rather than to just send someone a certified letter letting them know  you were dumped as a patient? I do not have a history of canceling appointments at the last minute.  She just kept saying, "were done!". "After this, were done!" I think she said it about 5 times and said her staff should not be treated with rudeness. I explained to her I never disrespected anyone however I did question why a test would take 3 months to get back.  I mean this is how they treat people that come to them for health care. Truly health is not their number one priority if all this was caused by me not wanting to make an hour drive to an appointment to go over test results that had not arrived. I even still agreed to come regardless that they were not in! Then the doctor sends me the lab reports after he suggest I have a test done that I had to pay $150 for and then dumps me as a patient preventing me to go over them and ask questions about them in his office.  I have no desire to go back to this office.  The front desk people have always been rude. They never answer the phone but have been a bit better about calling people back, and the billing used to be so bad that I stopped going as much.  It is not a huge love loss, but coming from a family of doctors and nurses whom really care for people and are in the business for the right reasons, this practice has very low standards.  From reading other reviews on the internet, I have seen that I am not the only one that was released from his practice and many have had the same issues with the front office staff.  So just giving you the heads up about what this practice is capable of before you invest your time but more importantly your HEALTH the way I did with this practice. They are so concerned about how they are being treated yet don't realize that the people that are calling are sick and reacting to their frustration of given wrong information, not being able to get a hold of a live person, and their unprofessionalism.  At one time I thought Dr. Grable may be unaware of his unprofessional staff but now I have realized that he may be why he is not able to get quality people to work for him as this was a very disappointing experience that he allowed to happen. That being said, with all the great and truly caring doctors, nurses and office staff in Florida I would not take a chance here and would look elsewhere ...

  • It went fine. I have been going there for almost 20 years. Dr. Ann listens to patients and is very knowledgeable. There often is a wait when seeing her because she doesn't rush with any patients. I recommend booking an earlier appointment or right after lunch.

  • Dr. Sassler ask a number of questions and asked that I describe my issues. He applied numbing medication to my nasal passage, and then viewed it. He also examined my throat. He has a pleasant personality and is a very good communicator. He explained what might be causing my problems, and had his nurse also follow up with detailed instructions. I had a follow up visit yesterday that went very well. He asked how the nasal rinse was doing, and what issues I still had. He suggested that I have allergy testing, to determine if that is contributing to my nasal congestion. His nurse provided details on that, and his staff then scheduled a testing date for the allergy test which takes about 1.5 hours. I also scheduled a follow up appointment to see Dr. Sassler after the testing. I would highly recommend Dr. Sassler to anyone needing care in his speciality areas.

  • Actually, I've been seeing Dr. Entis for over 30 years. He is outstanding in every way. I had previously gone to two or three other physicians who were unable to help me. Dr. Entis ran tests on me, made a diagnosis, and started giving me monthly shots. I went from being miserable all the time, to breathing freely for the first time in years. Not only is Dr. Entis competent, but he is a truly compassionate physician. I can talk to him about anything. He is always punctual. I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from allergies.

  • Our experience to them has been all very positive, she and her staffs are all very helpful, very friendly; willing to listen to you if you have any questions. Her office can get really busy, sometimes you have to make an appointment as hard because she is so busy I think that's a good thing because she is good.

  • Dr. Entis is extremely personable and his staff is very friendly and efficient. He ran tests to see how well I was breathing, asked questions about any problems I might have been having and made sure I had prescriptions for the drugs that he prescribes for me. He also gave me a sample and quot;rescueand quot; inhaler since the date on mine had expired. I just got seated in the waiting room after signing in and they called me to the patient room. I was in and out in less than half an hour total.
    Ten years ago he literally saved my life. I went to him complaining that I was having trouble breathing. He ran tests and insisted I call a cardiologist immediately and stressed that he was very, very serious that I do so. I made the appointment, had a stress test, which I promptly failed and was scheduled for an angiogram two days later which they were unable to complete because of the blockage. I had bypass surgery that same day. When I went to rehab the nurses told me how lucky I was; I had what is called a and quot;widow makerand quot; and was extremely lucky to be alive. My (then) primary care physician had just run blood tests and told me I was fine and had no idea why I had been so tired and was having trouble breathing. Prior to that experience Dr. Entis had also diagnosed my GERD (reflux disease) and referred me to a specialist.
    If I have any problems breathing, from allergies and asthma to bronchitis, Dr. Entis is the person I call. His staff is always helpful and if necessary contact him. I have complete faith in Dr. Entis and hope he outlives me by many years!

  • Did an overall evaluation of my lung capacity (breathing and oxygen intake), listened to my lungs, peak flow testing, checked glands, ears, nose and mouth. Determined that I needed to have a few additional medications prescribed for the next 3 weeks to help get my symptoms back under control. Symptom flare ups were most likely a result of the current weahter and pollen/mold counts being through the roof this early in the season. Followed the 3 week regimen of addditional medications and my symptoms are back to normal and under control.

  • Dr. Ghory is very personable and knows her stuff! My whole family goes to her. We have had appointments for food allergies and done overall allergy screening test. She likes to talk so you sometimes have to wait at appointments. They have offices all around town to get shots. Not open every day which can be a pain since I travel. The closest office is closed on Friday.
