NCAH has been our vet for over thirty years. We have had encounters with all of the veterinarians on staff and have had dogs and cats treated there. All staff was courteous, knowlegable, helpful and very professional. We have been recommending them to friends for years.

Very well! Dr. Smothers was very thorough and had carefully gone through their records from their previous vet. She had good, common sense recommendations on how to keep our cats healthy and happy. One of our cats needed her vaccinations and another got some meds, which is why the cost of service was $400.00. Plus, 2 cats. The staff was friendly and caring, as was Dr. Smothers. We were able to go in at 7:30 at night - they have great hours.

They have top quality veterinary care. They do regular traditional care, holistic and the owner was the creator of Animal 911. They are able to accurately diagnose what even emergency vets are not and always provide excellent treatment. Very loving and kind with the animals and people that go there. I had six dogs and every one loved to go there. They are greeted, hugs, played with and get dog treats. They are the best vets I have ever used with over 30 years of experience. I will highly recommend them to everyone.

Excellent. Instead of back leg ACL surgery, I went to IPC for a therapeutic consult. After only a few weeks, my corgi was acting like a puppy again! Laser treatments, exercise programs and hydrotherapy have made marked improvements. The staff is knowledgable, organized and the facilities are terrific. Expensive but not compared to surgery! I will continue weekly treatments to keep my corgi as mobile and tpainfree as possible.

We initially chose Blum Animal Hospital because we relocated to the neighborhood and it was in close proximity to our new home. Within about a year of going there our dog Wilson was diagnosed with cancer and passed away a few months later. Even though we were relatively new to the practice, during those last several months the staff (in particular our vet Dr. Arbogast) could not have treated us and our dog with more care and compassion. She regularly checked in on us, was always a phone call away when we had questions and provided the best palliative care we could have asked for. Losing our best friend was difficult beyond words but I don't know how we could have done it without Dr. Arbogast and the rest of the staff at Blum. We just got a new puppy and without question there isn't any other place (or any other vet) that we'd take him too.

I don't remember the cost. They are expensive, they are a specialty clinic. they have emergency vets. They are pricey there's no question about that. I would say their service, professionalism, and their empathy, they're worth the price. It was a tough day. The vet explained everything exceptionally well. This Thursday we thought things were going well, but the reality was the cat couldn't breathe. He explained all of the options. He was extremely kind, empathetic, professional. All of the supportive staff was very gracious, empathetic and kind.

I have been going there, I'm 72, and I have been going there for fifty years. As a paying person, I went there as a child with my parents. I have been going there many years. He just don't do birds. He interacts with my cats very well. He would do trimming and grooming if he had too, but I do all that.

On Tuesday's they do half price vaccines. She is anything. She does dogs, cats, hedgehogs, birds, turtles, hamsters. Whatever pocket pet you have. She is so busy. If you make an ten o'clock appointment, you will get in at ten fifteen. She interacts with m birds unbelievably.

Both the vet and assistant were very enthusiastic and connected well to my dog (which caused me to leave the other holistic vet). I believe Royal is very competent in holistic methods. I was shocked, however, at the bill. Be sure to discuss the necessity for each supplement or procedure suggested; and be upfront if finances are an issue for you. I wish I had done that, but will going forward. In the meantime, the changed diet (raw food with various other things) has made a real difference. The Royal Treatment book is a very helpful guide.

I am there a lost. I have two dogs and a cat. One of the dogs is very old. He has problems that is dealt with. They receive very good care there. I take them over because they have to have checks because they are on medication. They are on things where they have to be monitored. They are very nice. They are very good. They have this program that some other veterinarians have. It is called low stress vet care. What it means is they are very good about petting the dogs. Doing things like, if they get an immunization, the dogs do not even know it. Usually the tech is giving the shot but petting and talking and all this stuff that the dog does not even notice. The animals love to go well my cat does not like to go but he does not like to go anywhere. They are good with him. They dogs love going. They do give treats sometimes when they are weighing them. They have coffee for the owners. They are very friendly. One time I had one of my dogs there. She had hemorrhagic diarrhea and had to be in the hospital for like 5 days. The were so good. They had me come and visit. She wasn't eating. They had me come over and hand feed her. Doing everything with her. I went over and walked her to make her feel better. They were real real good. The treatment worked. She needed that intensive in hospital care.
