  • Dr. Provider name locked. was recommend to me by another physician as a fantastic ?sports medicine? doctor. I am a runner and was experiencing hip pain. The appointment was a whirlwind; he ?diagnosed? me 30 seconds, sent me to have an X-Provider name locked. of my hips (which showed nothing) and then recommend I get an MRI. I had a list of questions for him since I am a hardcore runner and wanted to understand how I might have injured myself, how I could prevent such injury in the future, etc. He rushed me through the appointment and was out the door before I could ask him anything. I did go ahead and get the MRI and, when Dr. Provider name locked. called me regarding the results, all he would tell me was ?take it easy? and ?you have muscle damage.? Of course, I wanted to know what the MRI showed: Which muscles were damaged? What was the degree of the damage? How should I adapt my running program accordingly? What exercise can I do in the interim? How long do I have to stop running? During the telephone conversation (which lasted 4 minutes), he referred to me as ?kiddo? and when I started to ask him those questions he yelled ?why did you come to see me if you?re not going to do what I tell you?? and just said he would mail me a copy of the MRI report. I didn?t have any idea what ?take it easy? meant. Run slower, Provider name locked. ?t run, etc. Then he hung up. I called his assistant and left 3 messages requesting that Dr. Provider name locked. call me back to discuss the MRI in more detail. My calls were never returned. I received the MRI report and didn?t understand a word of it so I had to hire another sports medicine doctor to interpret it for me. The second doctor was EXTREMELY patient and helpful. I found Dr. Provider name locked. to be impatient, arrogant, and not at all helpful. Maybe he is a good surgeon, but he is not a good ?sports medicine? doctor. My experience with Dr. Provider name locked. and his office really upset me. Any true sports medicine doctor knows how runners are obsessed with their running. He was very dismissive of my anxiety about my injury and did not give me the information that I paid him to give to me.
  • Provider name locked. is a very reassuring and professional guy. When you come in you get the feeling that he will be able to help you. He evaluates your physical condition, takes a medical history and also asks about lifestyle and diet. The treatment I got began with overall massage, gentle adjustment and ultrasonic heat therapy. He also gave me stretches and things I could do on my own to help prevent recurrence of the condition. The soreness did not go away immediately, bit within a day of the treatment I was much better and by following his advice, the condition has not returned.
