  • Provider name locked. staff seem competent but they take forever to respond to inquiries if they respond at all. Also as  with all Provider name locked. management companies you have to pay for everything even though they already receive a monthly fee from the association that is funded by your assessments. For example, if you are moving they require you to pay them a $75 non-refundable processing fee what exactly are they processing and why isn't part of the monthly management fee?  If their is a capital project they charge you 10% of the overall cost of that project for "project management" so a $100,000 project is now a $10,000.  Also I have to request that they have someone sent out to do things such as weeding, mowing the grass etc when they are suppose to be managing it.

    saw they had an A rating. Sent an email describing who we were, what we were looking for and asked if they could help us out.

    no contact from the provider 1week later still nothing,

    We feel that the rating is way to high, they should absolutely no professionalism but not returning an email or phone call.

    If they cannot help that is fine but at least contact and let us know.

  • I would not recommend Provider name locked. .  They took over the property I live in 10/1/14.   
    An email was sent to Provider name locked. the property manager on 10/22/14 from the board president asking to have the garage sensors fixed.
    It's Feb 10, 2015 and it's still not fixed.  The board president finally called a company to come out and fix it.  They should have it fixed this week.  In 90 days TriVew kept saying no one would return the call.  The board president on his first call had no problem speaking to someone and setting up the appointment.
    A Provider name locked. in October of 2014  request a light in front on the unit be fixed. She sent two emails after that.  Provider name locked. 18 another Provider name locked. sent a request about it. It was fixed over a month later from the Provider name locked. 18 email.  Over 90 days from the 1st email and over 30 days from the second Provider name locked. getting involved. 
    The Corp filing information with Provider name locked. White still has not been updated over 100 days after they have took over.
    If you send in photos of violation they complain because it's so many.  We told them when they took the property over of all the problems we had.  They assured us they would be able to handle it all within 90 days.
    November 18, 2014 Provider name locked. (the property manager) was informed that the gates slam.  On 1/4/15 a video of all the gates was sent to Provider name locked. .  As of 2/10 they still slam.  3 months after it was 1st reported.  
    On Provider name locked. . 6 2014 it was reported to Provider name locked. that the Janitor rooms was a mess.  She responded: that she 1 st notice it on 10/2 2014.  I've since been in the rooms several times and do notice that they haven't been cleaned up.  She was not aware of the building files being in the room.  It was finally cleaned up after the Provider name locked. 6 email.  Two months after she 1st notice it. 
    We have a fire alarm that is filled with tissue paper.  This has been like this from the day they took over the property.
    Provider name locked. one of the owners assured me today they everything was being prioritized.  I would think having a fire Alarm with tissue paper should be a concern. He felt the time frame for things getting done was what we should expect. 
    On Feb 3 an update was sent out on what has been done from Provider name locked. .
    Pest Control started in Nov.
    Trash door has two bids
    Roof Inspections was completed
    Provider name locked. Garage Door was fixed. Two board members took car of this
    Ramps in the process of getting proposals.  Not true the board president is working on this
    Stucco Update.
    That is the update on what they have done in 4 months.
    If you send photos of violation on the property they complain its to many.  Explain how sending a photo of the garbage area requesting it be salted and cleaned up, or vomit in the elevator please clean up all valid complaints.  They assure us that the property manager walks the property once or twice a month.  How does she continues to miss all the violation, gates slamming and all around problems?.   
    I own other properties in the city.  I have a financial interest in this property along with my fellow Provider name locked. .  For me this company does not work hard enough for this association or a fast enough.  According to Provider name locked. , Provider name locked. is one of the top property managers that they have.
