  • Provider name locked. was actually really great on this service call.  I had a situation where I thought the valve cartridge needed to be replaced.  Provider name locked. called me back the same evening and said he would come at the end of the day the following day.  Although he was about an hour later than he said he would be, he did let me know he would be delayed.  When he got here, it turned out it was the way the faucet was turned and there was nothing wrong with it.  Provider name locked. was super nice about it and when I asked what I owed him, he said to just give him $20 for gas.  I was thrilled and said I would be sure to refer him to my clients since I am a realtor and always have clients in need to a plumber.
    So far, so good!
.So, my first referral was last week to my cousin whose hot water heater went out.  She has 2 infant children and wasn't able to use the kitchen sink or bathe the children so this was a big problem, although not an extreme emergency.  Provider name locked. called her right away and went to her home the following day.  He said he needed a different heater or part and would pick it up and be back at her house the following morning at 8am.  By this time she had been without the hot water for about 3 days.  So next day he didn't show at 8am and when she texted him at 10am he said he thought they agreed to noon (which was incorrect).  Shortly after noon he texted her that he was at Home Depot picking up the HWH and would be there soon.  He never showed up, called or texted her although she tried reaching him numerous times through the afternoon and evening.  When she told me that evening what happened, I also tried reaching him.  Still nothing.  The following morning I tried calling him and he said he had been in an accident and he had gone to the hospital, which is why he hadn't called her back.  He said he would definitely call her later that day when he got home from hospital but in the meantime since he wasn't able to work that day, she should get someone else.  This was on a Friday so now she had to find someone over the weekend to come on Monday.  Which she did but ended up being without hot water for a full week.  And Provider name locked. never did call her to apologize for not showing up or any explanation, which makes me wonder about the "hospital" story... it put her in a very inconvenient position where she had to go for another 3 days without hot water and me in an embarassing position of recommending someone so completely unreliable.  I could not refer him again.

  • Good overall experience.  Paid $99 for the Angielist deal for a new toilet installation.  Everything went well, but the installer asked for an extra $20 for parts (bolts + supplyline), which I wasn't expecting since I thought it was included in the Angieslist deal.  But even with the extra $20, the price was still good and the installation went well.

  • I called on 10/16/15. He stated that he was had to order a part to complete the project. He never followed up with me. I called on 11/12/15 he stated that he will call back in 5 minutes. I hired them because my tenant was having plumbing issues. I still have not heard from them and would like to get my money back.
