Excellent! They came out within 2 hours of my contacting them and cut back the shrub. They offered snow removal while they were here and I accepted. Very pleased with their prompt and quality service.

AMAZING. For a very reasonable price, Jack and his company turned my backyard jungle into a garden paradise. Hard working professionals with attention to the smallest detail and super job of clean up.

The work is wonderful, and the maintenance reasonably priced (less than half what others have charged). My only quibble echoes what others have said: they have not been great at keeping me informed of delays. But apart from that, really a top-notch company (who would get an easy A were it not for the one flaw).

They came out and did a great job. We plan to continue to use their services and put out the good word to our neighbors and a few of my coworkers. They were very professional and they cleaned up well afterwards.

Slow, extremely slow. Jackie was quick to respond and send a contractor, saying he was a "very nice kid." Kid he was but the problem was not his age but his lack of experience/knowledge and not having any tools for the job. His business card reads, "B & R Landscaping" The job was a yard clean up of garden and gardening materials. He came, looked, went home to "get the equipment (he) needed." He returned with his friend. He was so ill equipped, he had six plastic bags, manual, long handled hedge clippers and only one pair of work gloves. No lawn mower, no rake, no power hedge cutter. Instead of raking the loose debris (plants and straw) first, he kept bending over to pull and pick the plants and just dropped them where he pulled them. They worked for one hour, ran out of bags and it took both of them to go buy more plastic bags. This "kid" lives in Chicago and does yard and lawn work but doesn't know that there is a law saying that all yard debris has to be put into special paper bags. When they returned (yes, it took two young men to buy bags) he brought his girlfriend with him and they proceeded to take a full hour break. They worked for another hour, packed some of the full bags and some other debris into his fancy hatch bed truck and went to have another break and decided not to return because it was "taking too long." Their excuse was that I had not told them how much work was really there even though this guy had looked over the yard PRIOR to starting but had to go home to "get the proper equipment." (Uh, lawnmower, rakes, shovel, maybe hand clippers.....) Jackie refused to find me another contractor to complete the job. In looking back, an experienced, healthy person would have only taken one to two hours to complete the job. Two healthy people would have had the yard SPOTLESS in that length of time. Although Jackie refused payment (I'm NOT comfortable with that), I could not recommended JDG nor B&R. The pictures show the yard prior to any work. Make your own decision.

Good! I called on Friday and I got a call back. Services were done the next day - Saturday morning. I am very pleased with their services, professional. They made me aware what was going on with the trees and I would recommend them. I look forward to possibly working with them in the future.

He arrived at the scheduled time and he and his team worked diligently until the job was completed. They cleaned up the areas, and took away all the debris. My family and I am more than pleased with the service and will definitely use it again. .

The gentlemen that came out were professional. They were prompt in getting a price and they squeezed my project in to their already busy schedule. Other contractors did not even respond or they called to tell me they were to busy. Telling a customer in any industry you are to busy is bad business in my opinion. They came out on the hottest days of the year (so far) and knocked my project out. I already have more work that I am going to give Shuz Renovations. I wont waste any more time sitting around to see if another contractor might call back. Reasonable price, good work, and a pleasant experience. All of my neighbors commented on the quality of their work and their hard work ethics. My neighbor hired them after seeing the work they completed for me. Yard work is not all they do, but that is all I have had done thus far. I will happily try them for different types of work.

Overall, the project went well, and I am happy with the results. The project manager, Keegan McGuire, was pretty responsive by email, but not by phone. Once I agreed to use Kemora Landscapes, the company scheduled the job, but I was not alerted about the start date. Luckily, I followed up with them and found out on a Friday that they were coming on a Monday. Communication could have been better. Juan and his team worked diligently planting the boxwoods, parkway plants, and sod. They even replanted some of the boxwoods when I wasn't happy with the placement. They could have done a better job of removing weeds in the parkway before planting the new ground-cover. They also made a mistake of planting some of the ground-cover in the boxwood beds, which I later had to dig up and replant in the parkway. The team was flexible, and worked over 3 days, due to rain. I like that Kemora guarantees their sod and shrubs for 1 year, however, you must buy the it from them. They charge more than you could buy it on your own, but at least they give you both options. Kemora also gives Angies List customers a 5% discount.

Great so far! He's regular about the schedule for maintenance and easy to work with. He carefully explains all he's doing and results are good, especially the front lawn. Our back yard was heavily torn up between winter weather and a running greyhound and Keith has been diligent with continuing to seed the bald spots and provide maintenance. It has definitely improved. Keith has also impressed us with his knowledge and use of organic fertilizers to help our waning shrubs and bushes. They too, are improving! We are happy to recommend Keith!
