Tommy and his crew were very professional gave me a quote got the job done on time and on budget. There were some challenges to this project Tom made me very comfortable going forward with his company I would definitely say under-promise and over-deliver

In a word: Fantastic! Patro Construction is expert, professional, detail-driven, and customer focused. They stayed with me until EVERY detail was completed to my satisfaction. Throughout the project, Patro Construction was responsive to my concerns and solved problems as they arose. The owner, Roman Patro, knows his business, has high standards for quality, and is accommodating and easy to work with. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Bill Bledsoe who owns B&C Remolding was a business associate of my late husband they have known each other over 15 plus years , Mark passed away Aug 2017, I spoke to Bill about doing work in my home the week after I put my husband to rest, Bill and his workers come in I needed to get some of my home finished to move the elderly mother in so I could watch over her now that her health is declining, Bill came in and as he was doing work in my home he and his workers were asking to purchase my husband top of the line tools, saws work tables etc, things disappeared with no explanation including my power washer and snow blower when I ask him where they were or what happened I was told I’m not sure maybe someone else took them, I keep asking for works orders, certificates on general liability, a estimate or invoice total of what work was preformed I got don’t worry I just want to make sure you’re ok cause we loved Mark my husband so much. He also inquired what I was doing with my husbands truck he asked about buying it from me, well he took my truck which I own and I’m on title along with my deceased husband, he took the keys out of my home while it was just my elderly mother went in our garage and left with my vehicle and never paid my for anything. My house has holes in the walls we’re there are no covers to the heating vents, floors in spots have missing tile, holes in the ceiling where there should be light fixtures covering instead I have wires hanging out, holes in my ceilings walls and floors, half the stuff in my home that was touch doesn’t work, the electric was all changed. I have pictures and statements now from a very large reliable and licensed company on all the stuff I have to have fixed or corrected . An invoice he left sitting in my home was stating as of 10-31-17 All labor and material $13, 500.00 which I was questioning him on because all these issues I have and he has my truck and never paid for and will not return it. After asking him to returned it because of no payment i recieved an invoice dated 1-24-18 $ 39, 200.00 and told me I was getting a deal because of my husband. I have called every police department asking for help they all go there or speak him and nothing happens. I’m still trying to get my deceased husbands stuff back so I would warn beware of this company. I trusted him as I was and still grieving over my husbands passing and I’m still trying to get all my stuff returned.

I selected Exclusive Builders after interviewing three contractors. Their quote was definitely not the lowest, but it was the most inclusive and seemed the most transparent. In the end, the quote was very accurate in predicting final costs. When picking finishes with the owner, he was very good at letting me know when I was looking at things which would increase expenses, and he was very helpful and helping me select finishes that would stay in budget but honor the design intent. He had a very good eye for aesthetics. Even more important, the whole team was very detail focused. Everything had to be just so. Any time I noticed something slightly off, they were right there to fix it. They whole team was very respectful of our space, sealing off areas not being worked on. The owner told me that they usually only take on two projects at a time so that they can give appropriate focus to each project and minimize delays. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Exclusive Builders heartily, and would hire them again.

Couldn't have asked for a better contractor to work with. First project was to remodel my house. Things went so well ended up hiring Keith again to remodel a six-flat and a 2BR/2BA condo as well. Keith, and all of his subcontractors that I've worked with, are responsive, professional, show up on time, and do quality work. The biggest problem I have with contractors is usually punctuality and honesty. There are no such concerns working with Keith. For anyone looking for a reliable, honest, hard working contractor I strongly recommend reaching out to Kilcommon Construction, Inc.

Dan and everyone associated with his company was very professional, consistent, punctual and trustworthy. Dan was very responsive and answered all my questions and listened carefully to what we wanted and in what price range. The bathroom looks beautiful and was very well constructed. We are very happy with it and it is now our favourite room in the house! I will definitely use Samanco for our remodeling projects in the future, and any other situations that might arise in our very old house.

If you are reading this review, I suggest you grab a drink and a comfortable chair, it's long. We hired Tri-State after we fired a previous carpenter. Tomas, the owner, came into this first project not realizing how much work he was going to have to do because of the shoddy work of the other. He took it in stride and was honest with his time and pricing every step of the way. The doors we had custom made were all the wrong size. He took the time to resize EVERY doorframe to ensure they fit. When the french doors arrived, they too, were the wrong size. Tomas made suggestions, answered every SINGLE question I had and proceeded to do the work and do it RIGHT. He increased the width of the doorway and lowered the height. As a result of the first experience, we hired him to do more work. This time, he fixed the poor work from a floor installer who told us we could not use wood thresholds due to the type of underlayment we have. Again, Tomas got to work and the wood thresholds look great and feel much better than the metal with screws sticking up (totally serious here). He then installed the tile backsplash in our kitchen (again, a thing of beauty) and when I mentioned it felt a bit rough, he without hesitation, added a second layer of grout. He then took our master bath tub and shower down to the studs. For FOUR years, we had a slow leak from this into our basement and multiple people came in, assessed the problem and supposedly fixed it. Well, again, Tomas was the one who fixed it and did an amazing job putting in the new tile, lighting (his suggestion and a great one at that!), and the new tile. Oh and his drywall work is awesome, we can't tell where he cut into the ceiling to run the electrical for the new lighting and I swear he paints better than professional painters. If I haven't gotten my point across yet, just wait. Tomas always arrived within 15 minutes of the start time he committed to. He cleaned up after himself and even made sure I could use the tub in the evening on the days when nothing was drying or sealing. He is a very hard worker; I couldn't even get him to take a cup of hot tea this time around (he likes hot tea with honey, just a heads up). And the best thing, he tolerated our three dogs, one of which would bark at him almost every time he came in and went out of the house. He is friendly, adaptable, honest, meticulous and detail-oriented. At one point in this project, I noticed something and before I even had a chance to say anything, he had already taken care of it. When I asked him about two other potential projects around the house, he suggested our best return on investment and the one he would do next was one that wouldn't even be a job for him. He is truly a gem.

Ovi was great. Before he came out, I had a different contractor (Daniel's Home Improvement - DO NOT USE) partially install a ceramic floor. They damaged the walls, laid the tile wrong, and didn't come back for the second day of the job. I Ovi was a breath of fresh air. He came to give me a quote, asked lots of good questions, and worked to accommodate my schedule. The day he arrived, Ovi worked fast and thoroughly. He didn't cut any corners. When he came back the second day, he was prompt and exact. He asked good, clarifying questions about what I wanted. When he struggled to reinstall the sink properly, he got his own parts and fixed it without my asking. The floor looks great, and I would hire Ovi again. He was a great reprieve from my first contractor.

Skyway was fantastic, so much that we hope to use them to partially remodel our kitchen in the next year or so. We had an old, dingy bathroom from the 1970s with a leaky shower, like a nasty dorm bathroom. We wanted new floor tile and, in the shower, new cementboard, tile, flooring, and door. Dave responded immediately to our questions, offered suggestions for tile selections, and arranged to start work within just a few weeks of our first consultation. The contractors were diligent about laying plastic down, vacuuming up dust, and minimizing mess. They (Peter especially) worked very fast and efficiently--often putting in 12 hour days. We had an unexpected issue with the upstairs neighbor's shower leaking into ours, and Peter would not rest until he figured out the issue and resolved it for the neighbor. We could not have asked for or expected such wonderful attention. These photos are only mid-project. But you can see that instead of a dorm bathroom, we have a bright, clean, Paris vibe. Thanks, Skyway!
