    The team at All Temp did an incredible job for us. I have two elderly parents and the installation team did an incredible job choosing the most efficient path for the supply and return ducts and realizing my parents and I would be there while this was going on and wanted to minimize the noise and dust. They did a superb job managing both our installation and being mindful of my elderly parents. I would defintely hire them again.

    Four Seasons scheduled a same-day appointment promising a technician would come by 5:30 P to fix my broken Furnace flame sensor which meant I had no heat on a cold March day in Chicago. I was so grateful that the technician came (after calling ahead to let us know he was on the way and how far away he was) much sooner than expected - at 2:30. For a reasonable price, my Furnace was repaired cleaned and returned to working order very promptly and efficiently. I definitely recommend Four Seasons to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning service. I have been a loyal customer for a decade or more because of their quality, reliability and professionalism. They always make time to service your call and they have people answering the phones at any time day or night. Their Technicians always have the answer and are quick and efficient. - Sean 0368496

    It went great, in about 5 mins. he found the problem told me about it fixed it and clean and check ed out the furnace and found I needed a new filter for the humidifier. The thermostat just needed batteries.

    My experience with them was very unprofessional, bordering on shady. Here's a timeline of my experience with them. While ultimately I was able to get a refund, it set me back weeks and I had to spend extra to get it done ASAP. 6/21/19 - I schedule to get a quote for 6/24/19 for an air conditioner replacement 6/24/19 - I had made arrangements to stay home to receive ABC's Care Consultant but the consultant never showed up and upon contacting them, they said that they would reschedule for the next day 6/25/19 - Care Consultant shows up, but shows up after the window provided. Provides quote via a picture text and I agree and put a deposit down of 25%. I ask for a receipt of deposit. 6/27/19 - picture of "receipt" of deposit was sent via picture text was told that unit was ordered and typically takes 9 days from order to install. 7/2/19 - Was told by company that equipment was due to arrive 7/3 or 7/4. 7/3/19 - Was told I was on the schedule for 7/5 install. Later in the evening, told that equipment would arrive Friday morning and that install would happen later in the afternoon 7/5/19 - Receive no update from the company but when I reach out inquiring if install happened I get no response. 7/6/19 - Call customer service to inquire of status. Was told the unit was never installed and that the part wasn't coming in until 7/12 and that I would be scheduled for install on 7/13. Was told to that a customer complaint would be logged and I was given the email of Ellen P. to apprise of the situation and follow-up with a call on Monday morning. Emailed company contact to provide apprise of the errant situation and broke promises. No response. 7/8/19 - Call in the morning and another customer complaint was logged and I was told that Delaney A. would be giving me a call within 24-48 hours. 7/9/19 - No such call occurred by end of business today and I called and emailed my desire to cancel my order and for a refund of my deposit. Ultimately received a refund, but for the aggravation, delay, and increased costs for a rush job - please save yourself and seek a different quote.

    Besco Air Inc
    On 8/16/17, Besco Air installed a new Rheem power vented water heater in my house. On 7/31/18, less than a year from installation, the pressure relief valve failed and water leaked all over my floor. When I called Besco to have them repair it, they said that they don't do water heater repairs and suggested I call a plumber fix it. That was beyond me since I had a 1yr labor and 6yr parts warranty on the tank. The plumber did the repair on 8/3/18 and tried billing Rheem for the repair. I just received a bill from the plumber because Rheem rejected the labor charge since they did not do the installation. How Besco can reject a repair under their own warranty is beyond me. The should not install water heaters if they cannot repair them and stand by their warranty. I've used Besco for 14yrs for HVAC, boilers and water heaters and will never use them again.

    My 15 year old furnace was on its last leg and I had the service technician out on Wednesday and it was decided that I would need a new furnace and they came out and installed it on Friday. I could have had it done the next day but I couldn't get off of work. They arrived when they said they would and left my condo looking like it did before they arrived.

    called in advance, arrived on time, polite, professional, answered all questions, explained everything in details. Excellent Customer Service and Service itself. Looks like they do care about the customers - what can't say about the majority of businesses these days
