  • I have been a member of Provider name locked. for several years. The price is good, but of course, as a result the Provider name locked. is often crowded. I still find it fairly easy to complete my exercise routine. The managers seem to try to keep up with exercise trends and add equipment such as the TRX system. The equipment is maintained pretty well--rarely are machines out of commission. The members are generally polite and keep to themselves while exercising. At 63, I am older than the average member by 25-30 years, but I do not feel out of place. The trainers are very helpful and available to answer questions even if you're not working with them. I suppose I could join a more luxurious club but I prefer the value of Provider name locked. .

  • I have been working out at Provider name locked. for about 2 weeks now, and so far I like it a lot.  It's on the small side for gyms, but they use the space well.  They have a good selection of equipment including 4-5 treadmills, 5-6 elliptical machines, a few stationary bikes, a number of weight machines, and 2 free weights areas.  There is also a sauna, but I haven't tried that yet.

Provider name locked. is not a discount gym (standard price is $70/month if you agree to automatic payments), but it's also much friendlier than a discount gym.  There aren't 30 treadmills in a row or a bunch of body builders grunting on the weights, so it doesn't feel uncomfortable for people who aren't exercise-a-holics.  The staff starts to recognize you after a few visits, and they are all really friendly and helpful - even at 6:30am.  They do also offer different payment options if you don't want the pressure of a monthly membership.

I've never belonged to a gym with classes before, so I have really been digging that.  They have a good variety of offerings at different times: spin, yoga, step aerobics, kickboxing, Provider name locked. ...  It's a nice way to change up your workout routine.  The teachers I've tried have been really supportive, but they also challenge and push you to get the most out of it.  Their class space isn't huge though, so you do need to call ahead to reserve a spot if you want to be 100% sure you can get in.  I would say the only downside is that you have to sign up day-of, so you can't work out on Tuesday and sign up for a Thursday class before you leave.  It's a mild inconvenience.

Overall, I'm really happy with Provider name locked. and I'm considering remaining a member even when the weather warms up.

  • They are great for families! They are currently updating all of their amenities, due to new management, which I think is great. I think their staff is always friendly and helpful, and I would recommend this gym to others.
