He was open and honest and suggested repairing rather than replacing. Within a few days, he secured a few parts and fixed the system.   • The price quoted was in the range I wanted to spend. He was able to get out to me within 36 hours of my service call. He was prompt and professional. There was no service fee for an estimate and an assessment which was apart of my criteria. From my previous use of the yellow pages I had never received a service of a free estimate. Everyone wanted to quote me how much it would cost per hour.

    He completed the work witin budget and replaced all nessasary componets without going over. I was very pleased with the outcome.

  • Saw the craiglist ad for Airtec Wireless and the price seemed reasonable considering a new battery kit cost 6-10 dollars on ebay.
    I figured why not let a professional handle it? right?  I was so very wrong.
    I don't mind waiting for good service however if I knew he would disappear for 30 minutes with the phone I would have planned accordingly.
    He handed me the phone back in its case and I was trusting as he seemed honest and knowledgeable that this 'technician' knew what he was doing.  
    I noticed immediately that my sim tray/sim were missing. Red Flag#1.   I went back in and he immediately denied that I handed him the phone with a sim tray in it.   He went to the back and muttered something at me and handed me the phone.
    I was in a hurry but upon inspecting the phone more closely i noticed a 1 inch crack on the back that wasn't there before.  Red Flag #2 but I figured, well maybe thats normal when changing the battery?  I looked even closer and finally noticed that the back of my iphone was now missing two wear marks down the middle of the backing and was missing an adjoining screw and a piece of plastic where the screw use to go. My apple logo had rubbed off some time ago and this backing had a visible one .  Honest mixup/mistake? Maybe.you be the judge. Read on.
    I had to run errands and I already spent too much time at this store and figured I will call him later and politely explain to him that in replacing my battery he must have 'accidentally' gave me the wrong backing.  So I did just that. I called him and he remembered me because he forgot to give me back my sim tray.  
    He denied any wrong doing before I could even get the question out.  Started yelling at me that he is 100% sure that he did nothing wrong.  All before I could even give him an out by suggesting he made an honest mistake in reassembling my phone.
    He told me he could 'nothing for me and 'if I like he could show his work table in the back to show me that there are no other iphones back there like mine?' He voluntarily went on to explain that 'he has no use' and 'has never stolen parts off a customer's phone. ' What a strange thing to say.  I never asked him any of that. I just wanted the backing to my iphone back that said 8gb and my extra screw.
    He then hung up on me. Needless to say I will not be using him again anytime soon

  • In each instance, light repair, installation of new wall lamps, gutter repair and replacement, kitchen under-the cabinet light fixture repair, Antonio was available within 1 or 2 days.  Came on time and did the work efficiently and completely.  We have used him in our 3-unit condo several times with success.

  • We had a broken intercom system and, with an open house for our unit only 4 days away, we had a very tight timeframe.  Wilson electrical was able to set up an appointment with us within 24 hours, diagnosed the issue (the speaker box needed replacement) and made the repair.  The cost was around $200 (for diagnostic visit, replacement part and separate installation visit).  They were very professional and really cared about doing a quality job on a tight timeframe.  I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

  • Mr. Atapuma was great. He came by the same day that I called him. After several estimates and a few "no shows" from other companies on Angie's list, Mr. Atapuma gave me the most reasonable estimate and he did a thorough and beautiful job.I didn't have the lights I needed and some other tools. He worked several hours the first day and came by early the next day to complete the work. He was punctual and efficient; he even saved me a trip to the store to purchase the lights and tools I needed for him to complete the job. He seems to take a great deal of pride in his work and he was very nice and patient.

  • The job is ongoing (due more to my scheduling than theirs). I called Martin and asked him if he would be willing to help with this project which I had started but was not able to finish alone due to lack of time. He came out to quote the job the next day and scheduled his first day within the week. Martin and Volly are very knowledgeable and thought through the best way to run some of the new conduit and circuits. I recommend both of them and would call on them again.
