Service call went very well. Anthony D. and Brandon arrived promptly and were very courteous. I explained to Anthony what services were requested and discussed quote recd ( including discount) for services from office. Anthony assessed fireplace and explained what needed to be done and then he went up on roof. Anthony explained about issues with chimney stack and he shared pictures which were very helpful for me to see what needed to be done. I requested photos of before and after work done on chimney stack be sent to me, Anthony said they would be sent. I'm very pleased with Anthony's communication about recommendations for fireplace and chimney and for his work done on the chimney. I am very pleased with Brandon's work on the interior fireplace. I would highly recommend this company and team Anthony and Brandon!

Other than be shocked by the price, everything went good. They explained everything they were doing, and even went an extra step.... I had a basic understanding, and now I have even more. It had been a long time and I was lucky that I decided to be proactive. They were not my first inspection, and they mentioned the exact same things. Plus I love my new logs and sand!!!!

Peterson Roofing did our new roof following a hailstorm and, as homeowners, we could be more pleased with the outcome, professionalism and roofing excellency provided. The roof was completed immaculately, proficiently and quickly within the day. They then returned several days later to add new gutters and down spouts. From start to finish, Peterson Roofing - lead by exceptional business owners and management - provided in-class customer service, detailed information, village compliance, and comprehensive service both on the business and service end. No hassles, no errors, all at a great value. Everyone has been complimenting us on it, since. We strongly encourage all prospective homeowners to use Peterson for their roofing and like needs.

    Pratts Professional Chimney Service
Bryan from Pratt's was great to work with. We had not used and of our fireplaces since we bought the house a few years ago. Two of them had old gas logs and the third had never been used since the house was built. I initially called Pratt's to inspect the chimneys and to discuss options on converting one from gas logs back to wood burning and another to have some sort of updated gas option put in. Upon inspection Bryan noted that all three had damage and it would not be safe to use without repairing them. He also determined none of them needed sweeping and that in fact the one in the basement had never been used. However, this one was not capped properly so the flue had accumulate some rust over the years. He showed me live video of the inside of the chimneys to show me the damage to them and why they were not safe to use as is. He proposed options on installing a gas insert in one, relining the one we wanted to burn wood in again and replacing the flue for the one in the basement. While we selected the options we wanted for the gas insert Bryan was very responsive and took the time answer all of our questions. When it came time to do the install Bryan ran into a couple of the issues with the gas insert installation. The backing for the insert was wrong for the manufacturer but Brian was able to track a proper one down so we didn't have to wait for the correct one to be sent by the manufacturer. The other issue was related to the existing gas line into the fireplace. It stuck out slightly too far for the insert to be centered properly and the line was completely cemented into the wall so it could not be adjusted. Brian went out of his way to talk to his contacts including the manufacturer on options that could be taken to slightly and safely modify the outside of the gas insert to be able to center it. Due to his efforts they were able to properly center the insert. The insert looks and works great. The new flues and caps also look great. Definitely recommend Pratt's Chimney service.

In Sept/Oct 2018, we sought 3 quotes for a full roof replacement for my aunt's old bungalow. They were not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. They were detailed in their scope of work and explained everything well. They were also extremely responsive, did a great job in explaining the issues along the way. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Earlier this year we noted there was an issue with leaking around where chimney. When I reached out they responded ASAP, came out the next day to find that the chimney cap had come off due to the heavy rains and winds that we'd been having. They fixed right away. In addition, they put back some siding that had also come off from the wind. Not part of the original scope of work but they are doing for no charge (wasn't really that much and theyre up on the roof anyway!). Really grateful for their professionalism and responsiveness!

    F & M MASONRY CONSTRUCTION INC.
Great job! Mario was very knowledgeable and experienced. The bottom tiles of fronts steps repeatedly would get loose and fall off after 2-3 winters due to water/ice getting under the tiles and freezing and thawing. Mario's team put steels bars and anchored them into the concrete base and then reset the stone tiles allowing them to sit on the steel bars. This would prevent the tiles from moving and getting loose each winter. The concept made sense to me and will hopefully work! Mario's team was clean and efficient!
