  • At first I thought the price was high, but you really get a lot for the money. Though I think this is technically a home daycare, it is really set up more like a very comfortable center with entire floors of the home dedicated to childcare. Our experience with this daycare has been wonderful. They truly treat each child as if they are a part of the family. For discipline, they use positive redirection and rarely timeouts. My daughter is very happy, secure, friendly and self confident. Though she is still learning to talk, she's been singing her ABCs and counting to 10 for months. Yakini, one of the owners, even came over to our house to help me design a playroom for my daughter. I really can't say enough about what a positive experience it has been working with them.

  • Excellent! Amber is great. She's in school for her masters in child development plus she's been nannying and sitting kids for over 10 years. Watching her interact with kids is amazing, they seem to accept her as a big kid automatically and she is still able to get them to behave great. I have been hiring her since my son was an infant and will continue using her until my son no longer needs to be watched. We have used her for basic sitting, and for special events once a year, for the past 3 years, she even takes our son for 5 days while my husband and I go to a convention. She keeps him so busy with trips to museums, the zoo, and other fun stuff that our son doesn't hardly even notice we're gone (and being a stay at home mom, my son usually really notices if I'm gone). The only down side is that she is rarely available with less than 2 weeks notice, so we have to plan our date nights in advance.
  • Amber is amazing when it comes to working with kids and she almost has her bachelor degree in Early Child Development, and it really shows. Amber is an excellent care giver. I know she has about ten years experience working with kids. As mentioned previously, she is working on a bachelor degree. I think she intends to get a master degree, but she is really good with the young kids. It's amazing how good she is. I know other members of our family call her for advice when they are having problems with things like, "How do I get him to eat his vegetables?" She is great with that kind of thing.
