    They said they are going to provide me a 3 $100.00 gift card upon having them installed an internet and cable lines, but the manager told me that the gift card isn't available yet. I received the first 2 Gift card but on the 3rd one I experienced a problem after activating. When I purchased 2 I phones they promised me a credit but they didn't deliver the credit just yet. They said it will take months to get the credit which was frustrating! They keep on prolonging the contract. I sent an email last Friday 6/15/2018 telling them there's something wrong.The manager(Erin Miller) got mad, she said it would take 60 days of active service before getting the last gift card. I am very frustrated with AT&T! They said that if I will cancel the account they will make me pay the penalty.

    Could not have done better! This is the 3rd time I have used Tony and his team. They centrally located my cable connection and then gave me cable and Ethernet connection in all the rooms requested. Job well done

    Rick, the owner came over first to my place and spent a good amount of time with me first giving me options for the installation. He educated me on different recommended sound systems to use. We were able to schedule a date. I had an unplanned trip and requested a date of install to be pushed up a few days and Wiring Experts accommodated that and the installation process itself was pleasant and I'm very satisfied. Very clean, neat, and explained everything to me and helped with the set up, added the apps for me.

    I can't recommend him enough. He has set up, and serviced, our integrated home entertainment systems in 2 homes, from pre-wiring to upgrades of existing equipment. I trust him completely with his recommendations of all TVs, components, routers, back-ups, etc. We discuss how much we we want to spend, and he buys everything at really good prices, thus eliminating the need to shop myself. He really knows his stuff, and is up on all the latest gear. His installations and follow-up service give me a lot of confidence that we are in good hands. And, very importantly, he and his team are very pleasant to work with, always value added!

    I was extremely impressed. I do my own smart home equipment and software. I only hire out infrastructure which is not where these guys normally make their money. I used a promotion that was a bit of a loop hole, so I agreed to pay the normal rate instead of the promotion. I know the industry rates and these guy's hourly is 20% lower than the other firms. I also agreed to an hourly rate instead of a fixed bid because I had not opened those areas and didn't know what was in the walls and ceilings. Sure enough, it was a PITA. Stairway headers, HVAC ducts filled the trusses. Tony and his guy worked their butts off routing the cable. I had purchased cable lengths that didn't allow for big detours. These guys had a tough day. I was very impressed with the solutions they found. Let's just say they were committed. At the end, Tony offered me the promotion for one guy and normal rate for the second guy without my asking. Net-net: I got a great job at a great price. I can only comment on cable run work, but these guys are great and I highly recommend them.

    I was extremely happy with the project. Mike and his crew customized the placement of cameras so that I had the coverage that I needed ( I had lots of cameras installed). The camera quality is excellent. Mike was very through in all aspects of the project to address all of my security concerns including the addition of extra lighting. Mike was very clear and patient in describing all the tech aspects of at the hardware and software so that it was very user friendly. I feel very confident and secure with this new system and Mike has been available to come back and service his system when necessary. I am a very satisfied customer.

    Great. Tony & Mat arrived on time and fully prepared to mount my TVs. I had a large painting on one wall where a TV was being mounted. Tony & Mat removed and hung on opposite wall. I didn't have a cable hook-up in the living, Tony advised me to arrange for cable to come out to bring cable in. After making an appointment with cable, I made Tony aware of ETA for cable so that he could be present during hook-up. (per Tony's instructions). Tony & Mat arrived within minutes and worked along with the cable guy. Everything went as smooth as silk. Additionally Evolution Installs also hooked up a sound bar to one TV. Before leaving Tony & Mat made sure I understood how to work the newer TV (first time using a Smart TV). To sum this review up; Evolution Installs arrived on time, fully prepared to do the job, cost was reasonable, cleaned up any debris from work, all cable & extension cords concealed and made certain I understoood exactly how to operate unit. I don't see anymore TVs in my future but if I did buy more I would definitely use Evolurion Installs and will refer them to anyone asking.

    Everything was great. Paul actually installed a complicated corner tv wall mount for us a few years back, so this was our second job with him. He gave us a quote on a sunday, had an estimate for me the following Friday, and had Connor do the work on Monday. Connor was super friendly, respectful, prompt, clean, and efficient. I left him in the house alone and felt totally comfortable. The price was very fair, the work was done well, in a timely manner, and I couldn't be happier. I will call them again! *Note, I called a few other people and Acoustical vision was the most responsive and knowledgable.

    They are fine. I haven't had any problems. The prices can be better. I haven't had any issues with customer service, they have been really responsive.  The customer service is really good. I will use then until another provider comes on board.

    I am really cranky with them this week. I am really thinking about changing but... Their internet  service keeps fading in and out. I would tell a friend to check into another service provider which is what I am doing now.
