  • .I researched many different options to encapsulate my dirt floor basement crawlspace from taped liners to cement, and I am so glad that I decided to go with the polyurea seamless liner that this company specializes in installing.  Provider name locked. , a company representative, came out, looked over the crawlspace,, took measurements and pictures, and the next day I received two quotes from Provider name locked. - one for the crawlspace encapsulation only and one for the encapsulation with the drain tile system and sump pump.  Provider name locked. even made a special trip to my house to inspect the crawlspace to see if he thought a drain tile system was necessary.  Throughout the process there was no hard sell,  He  gave me the facts and answered all my questions in a confident, professional manner.  I was especially impressed when Provider name locked. showed up with the crew to help with the job.  They removed tree roots that had grown under the foundation into the crawlspace, broke up and removed a huge Provider name locked. that had been there for some unknown reason probably for a hundred years, and even leveled the crawlspaces under my front porch which were not part of the bided project.  When I returned from a weekend trip and looked at the finished project, I couldn't be happier with the completed job.  My tenet who lives below me and does her laundry in the cemented front portion of the basement separate from the crawlspace noticed a difference in the air quality right away.  Provider name locked. also e-mailed about a long ago disconnected pipe  that was slow leaking from an outside valve.,  He arranged the pipe so it drained into the tile system and offered to have one of his crew members who has a key to the outside drainage system come out to shut off the valve causing the leak  The company and employes go the extra mile to make sure you are a satisfied customer and I am one.

  • The raising of the walkways went well. The work in the garage was difficult due to the small pieces of concrete.
The walkways are now above grade and the back stairs easier to enter.

  • This year we decided to finish the basement, add a bathroom, add a gas fireplace, and separate the large room into a living space and a laundry/treadmill space. After looking at several companies on Angie’s List and getting estimates from each, we eventually decided to go with M&L Remodeling. Provider name locked. had a reasonable price, was willing to work with our ideas and to suggest better ones, and his attention to detail and good-natured personality won us over.
Once we agreed on a plan and a price, we scheduled the job to begin. The entire thing took about six weeks from demolition to finishing. Each morning the crew arrived on time and got straight to work. Everyone was very polite, did amazing work, and had careful attention to detail. With a job this big there are inevitably architectural quirks that pop up, and each time Provider name locked. and his crew figured out creative solutions that were functional and aesthetically pleasing. The entire demolition process was quick and made minimal mess. They used the garage rather than the backyard as a staging area, so all debris was kept tidy. We have a beagle, and they were always careful not to leave gates open or leave random items in the backyard. When the framing stage began, Provider name locked. made sure to consult us along the way to make sure that the bathroom was the size that we wanted and that the room configuration met our needs. He knew we were going to add a home theater area, so he worked with me to add PVC pipes in the walls to run future cables for the projector and surround sound.
With the framing done and looking good, the drywall and flooring was installed. At this stage, the finish carpentry began, and they worked magic with several things for us including pocket doors, built in cabinets and shelving, and even a built-in garbage can cubby with a door in the wall to save space.
Overall, Provider name locked.  and his crew turned our basement into a lovely space where we will now spend most of our time. Every time we needed to make a change, they were able to accommodate us, and when we trusted them to make the right decisions, we were
never disappointed. I highly recommend M&L Remodeling for big remodeling projects like this, and when it’s time to remodel our upstairs area, we know who we will be calling.
