"I contacted about some items I wanted to sell. They told me to take pictures of the items and to e-mail them. I called them a couple of days" after I sent the e-mail and the woman who answered told me that they would be interested in some of the items. I asked her about the china that I wished to sell and she told me that " " said it was worth $150.00. I asked her if that was for one place setting. They were aware that I had place settings for 12. She told me that she would get back to me. After a couple of days I called again to ask if they had the prices for the 12 place settings along with a serving platter. and I was told that she would find out from " ". I had done some research and I knew that one place setting alone goes for close to $200. When she called me back she said that the $150.00 figure that she quoted was for all 12 place settings. I then asked her about the other items that I had and those prices were also really low according to my research. I know that 's had some good reviews and that is why I contacted them. They must be for people interested in buying and not selling.

"They don't give receipts or written warranties. So when an item is not repaired properly (ie: diamonds falling out of the setting) they blame the customer." The worst situation was that I paid them over $2600 total to refurbish and waterproof a solid gold vintage watch with real movement. I wore it in the water one time and the watch was immediately damaged due to water infiltration. This occurred within six months of the original refurbishment / work. I took the watch to them to repair it, they said they would fix it under the warranty. When I went to get the watch they presented me with a bill for $550. They did not stand by their workmanship, blamed me, and I was forced to pay an additional $550 to get my watch back. I will now take the watch to a reputable watch repair shop on Wabash that specializes in watches to make sure the watch was properly repaired and water proofed. Do not use them! They are totally dishonest and do not stand by their workmanship!!! What is shocking is that I gave them over $5,000 of business in the past year and a half, I was one of their best customers. If they will do this to me, they will do this to anyone!

  • Provider name locked. gave a helpful, honest appraisal, and thoroughly explained the condition and Provider name locked. value of the piano. He was willing to answer questions on the phone, and to talk to prospective buyers. However, the written appraisal provided only a price, and no details on the piano itself.
