  • My wife is in tears right now due to the conversation she just had with three separate people in Provider name locked. 's customer service department. We purchased a $3,000 LG refrigerator in April and it has already stopped working. We called Provider name locked. on Tuesday and it took until today (Saturday) for them to send a service tech. The tech who showed up was great. Unfortunately, he couldn't do anything while here. This is apparently a known issue because he diagnosed it immediately and acknowledged seeing it before. First question is why couldn't this be diagnosed over the phone if it's a known issue? No need to delay 4 days.
    They are sending us a loaner fridge on Monday, and telling us they can't fix our new fridge for 2-3 more weeks. The loaner will be at best half the size of our existing fridge, and considerably uglier. We have 2 kids under 3 and are having a party for 100 people in a week. So now we're going a full week without a fridge of any type, and rather than make good on the lemon they sold us they're telling us we should live with something less than adequate for 2-3 more weeks.
    Every customer service person has made one thing clear. THEY DO NOT CARE. They made no attempt to prioritize our issue and turned condescending at times. We might have to cancel our daughter's third birthday party. THEY DO NOT CARE. Our kids are at risk of getting sick since all we can use to refrigerate food is a cooler. THEY DO NOT CARE.
    I've bought several appliances from this store in my 12 years living in Chicago. I constantly tell people how great they are. No more. If they don't do an about face and either fix this faster or replace what is clearly a faulty device, we will never shop there again. I thought Comcast had the worst customer service in the world but Provider name locked. is giving them a run for their money. And it's clear that they just don't care.

  • Nothing. Came out looked at over (bought from them) and said part is no longer made, buy a new one, we will give you your $200 service charge for coming out and doing nothing toward a new one if you buy from us. We paid, they left. We called another appliance repair service and they came out, ordered the part, 2 days later oven works. Provider name locked. should be investigated by the State Attorney General of IL. I have filed a complaint for dishonest business practice. Do not buy from them, do not use their service!

  • Installation went well except for scuffs on door trim and hand prints left on wall located in installation area.  We are satisfied with the quality and performance of the washer/dryer.
