  • We contracted with Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. to do a master bath and closet remodel, as well as to add a covered porch to our home in August of 2014. Provider name locked. was assigned as our project manager. Provider name locked. promised to get the work done very quickly and insisted on beginning both projects at once. In preparation for the master bath remodel, we moved the entire contents of our closet and bathroom to locations all over the house. Things started out ok, as his workers demo'd the bathroom and closet very quickly. His subcontractor for the stonework on the porch also completed his work within the first couple of weeks. But that's when the wheels came off. Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. then basically disappeared. He would promise to send his crew out, but broke that promise time and time again. On the rare occasion he did send workers to our home, they were ill prepared and had no idea what they were there to do. In addition, instead of providing the dumpsters and port-a-Provider name locked. as contracted, his people threw the debris from the demo and the porch construction into the back yard, along with their lunch, which they buried underneath the mess. We didn't discover the rotting food until we developed a terrible fly problem and discovered that was the cause of the problem. They also basically destroyed our landscaping and tore down part of our fence in the process - we had to pay other workers to come out and re-landscape the yard and repair the fence.
We are now in the process of paying other subcontractors to complete the job, three and a half months after it was begun. Much of the small amount of work that he did complete is having to be repaired. The metal roof that he installed was not fastened properly and is sliding off; the electrical work for the porch and the bathroom were never even started; the plumbing was never started, etc etc. Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. River left our home in shambles and we are still living with the decision to pay him to do work he never intended to complete. Each of his subcontractors complained to us about having incomplete projects and dissatisfied customers all over town. I would not hire Provider name locked. or Provider name locked. for any project.

  • Worst contractor ever!
Rude, expensive, unprofessional, terrible quality of work and no work ethics whatsoever. If I see something that is not done right, then I fix it. Mr Provider name locked. found very excuse he could think of to justify the poor quality of work he and his people did instead of fixing it. They didn't even Provider name locked. the carpet correctly. We had to hire another company to repaint the house, Provider name locked. carpet again, redo the deck, etc.
His people destroyed the sub floors when they didn't protect them to put the scaffolding to pain our tall ceilings, then carpeted over them without even trying to patch the damage.
3 months after the date we had agreed for completion of the project, they were still unable to complete the work. We ended up firing them and kissing our money good bye.
