  • Provider name locked. sales person was responsive and provided a good quote, which were the basis for choosing them above several others.  I have had several company-paid moves over the years and have used Provider name locked. multiple times (although those were for large corp. moves - this was for a small company that didnt have a large account with Provider name locked. ; a MUCH different experience this time!)
    I engaged Provider name locked. several months before the move, scheduled the date for packing and moving out over a month in advance and provided a move-in date at the same time (2+ months in advance), yet Provider name locked. would not confirm the move-in date until about 2 days in advance: this meant I had to miss a work trip and could not schedule my own out of state move until a day or 2 in advance - also couldnt schedule any work for a one week window because of that - very unprofessional. 
    The movers said I should call my coordinator a few days after teh move-in to arrange for boxes to be picked up, but when i called they said "you didnt pay for that - it'll be ~$125 per trip".  I was NOT happy - the sales person should have asked the question if it wasnt already included.  It was difficult to go back to my new company and ask them to fund an extra cost at that point.  Again - unprofessional.
    The actual packing and moving seemed to go fine BUT there were several items missing (mostly items from my garage - valued at several hundred dollars), and several other items damaged. I kept a list until most boxes were opened and then filed a multi-page claim.  This is where customer service REALLY took a dive.  Waited several weeks for any response with every step of the claims process.  The initial contact was over a month after the claim was filed, then waited a few mroe weeks for a 3rd party to contact me to review my damaged items, then 3 more weeks before Provider name locked. approved their recommendation, then 2 more weeks before they could come out to repair any items.  When teh firm finally came out to repair, tehy said Provider name locked. didnt provide any info about some of the damaged items (i.e., Provider name locked. on sofa, broken framed art, etc.) or missing items - they were there to repair only a portion.  I had to hunt down a number for them and ask what was being done - more delays for response.  Still no comment re: missing items. 
    When I forwarded invoices and quotes for missing items - again no response.  Weeks later i emailed to ask for response and FINALLY heard they will not reimburse any items that went missing.  SO - if movers take your items, Provider name locked. will not replace.  Horrible customer service, apparently no interest in having any repeat business.

  • The providers estimator showed up on time and was very professional and friendly . Explained why his firm was different from the others and went into detail about the people they hire . He spent over an hour estimating the job . The house has 6 bedrooms and a total of 15 rooms 

    He confirmed that the dates were open and he told me that he would have a quote within 24 hours -- 24 hours came and went and I called and left a VM. The next day a quote did show up in my E mail--but only 1 of the two options were completed .There was a note stating the second quote, with my providing the storage, would be forth coming .2 days later after not hearing from him I called and left a VM .

    To this date they have never provided the second quote nor did they EVER call back to inquire as to the status of what they did provide . It was like they could care less

    That wsa enough to tell me that the sales hype was just that, hype, and if this group cant keep a Provider name locked. commitment like providing a quote than  what happens when it comes to the move ? 

    A move is a big deal  and you expect a response one way or the other --Stay clear of this group -By the way this was a local move -less than 3 miles --
