The office environment and the staff are excellent. My son is a wrestler and his scares have twigs and veins and things going on so they are awesome. He has been using this provider for about 3 years. The 2 guys that are there, Josh and Brad they are all focused on sports and sports injuries. They are also focused on preventative ways. They do not want to see you back there every week so they teach you how to take care of yourselves so that you don't really don't need them. We have never had a bad experience.

It's excellent care. They took very good care of me and still continue to take care of me. Their communication is great. With regard to effectiveness of treatment, I will probably know in about six months.

I have been going to Dr. Priester since 2000; I started going because of a car accident I was in & a friend of mine recommended him to me.  I moved to Santa Fe, NM and I would not go to a chiropractor out there, only seeing Dr. P when I would come back
home. When I was at the Southern Women's show I stopped by the free chiropractic thing because they were doing free massages as well.  The chiropractor I was talking too asked if and who I saw so I told him Dr. Priester and he then told me never to stop seeing him because he was the best in town.  I thought that was hilarious that his competition was telling me that Priester was better than he is.  I tend to agree but I had to laugh at how excited he was!  You want Dr. Priester! Just please do not take my appointments!  Karen and Tracey are the front desk people and I don't think either of them ever age or change! They are amazing as is the rest of the staff.  When you are in the office you actually can feel the love and affection they have for each other! I love love love Priester Chiropractic!

Dr. Priester is fantastic, and his staff members are friendly and excellent at what they do.  I am completely happy to have found his practice so soon after moving to Charlotte, and while I wish his hours were a bit better (only 7:30-4:30 M-F), I am willing to deal with that to get the care that he offers.  I am still undergoing some rehab for my hip, but things have been improving thanks to Dr. Priester, and I truly appreciate his service - this is what you want in a health care provider!

Before the program, I couldn't lift my arm to shoulder level, and couldn't reach behind to fasten a bra. The shoulder has returned to 99% function and allowed my return to yoga. Hip is also much improved (still exercising) and foot pain is very well controlled when I am diligent with the recommended stretching. The team was very caring, professional yet personalized, prompt, helpful and well organized. As the program evolved, they adapted the program to accelerate and maintain the gains.

Dr. Oweida would not go so far as to say the first opinion was grossly inaccurate. He offered a two-step process: First, he injected a cortizone shot to see if I could get relief. If so, then I would be well on my way to healing. If not, step two would verify his diagnosis. Only a very expensive, specialized MRI could verify the tear, and if it was a tear, he would give me a referral. In mid December, I hit my deductible and decided it was the right time to schedule the MRI. Dr. Oweida's office jumped on scheduling the test before year end. The results verified Dr. Oweida's suspicions. A tear. I hope to see the surgeon next month.
Because we are financially challenged, this has been a slow process. Dr. Oweida's office allowed me to extend payments over a six month period.

They are friendly and they are professional. They do their job. When I go to physical therapy they have to hurt me but they are very patient and they are just good. I have to do my part at home. The staff is wonderful and we had a lot of fun. I would rate them highly. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Overall great as usual. He has almost always seen me exactly at the time of my appointment. One time out of probably 20 visits over 3 years I had to wait an extra ten minutes because he had an emergency case right before me.  That's OK with me - like I said above, he fit me in when I had the emergency a win -win.

They have really excellent physicians. The office staff couldn't be friendly or more helpful. I wanted to ask them all out for drinks and hang out with them. They have some of the best physicians in Charlotte. The Panthers, the Bobcats and Road Runner Speedway seem to use them, which says something. One of the doctors is the team physician for one of the private schools in town. They are cool; they are great. I would absolutely use them again. When my knee decided to go out, they were able to fit me in within 2 hours of my call telling them that my knee just gave out. They could hear that I was stressed and they were great. I would absolutely use them again.

They were able to schedule an appointment for me within a week of me calling, so that was nice. Their office is pretty close to Cotswold (behind the Chik-fil-a and Bank of America). It's a small clinic, but the front desk was polite and quick to sign me in. Dr. Anderson was also very nice and had a "good bedside manner", he was very friendly and relate-able. He was obviously having a pretty busy day, but when he came in the room with me, he was focused on me only. He answered every question I had, and was very patient and waited for me even when I had forgotten my questions and had to take a couple of minutes to recall them. The offices seem a little small, and the backend halls are slightly cramped. I doubt this effects the quality of service, but wanted to comment on it. The front lobby waiting room is large with plenty of space and Tv's. But I had no wait. The flobotomist who drew my blood was very quick and efficient, she left no bruises on my arm, and I had no discoloration from having blood drawn the next day. Good job!
