  • I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of Provider name locked. . His crew worked quickly and carefully During our time together, I was able to ask Provider name locked. about several other concerns that I had with areas on our house. Provider name locked. gave me ideas on how to fix issues myself or how he would approach the repair. I greatly appreciated his insight and knowledge.

I am already planning on using them in future.

  • I called him ten times and they did not call or show up after three weeks of trying to schedule them to complete work. For them to say they are coming and not show is not alright. At least call and try to reschedule. Provider name locked. is the employee who was specifically scheduled to come to the appointment. I have talked to the owner at least five times.

  • Bad. Two things that made this a bad experience. 1.) it took over 24 hours, and me contacting twice (email and phone) before I was even contacted. I let them know that I had a leak. Turns out it was a branch that fell through roof. 2.) when Provider name locked. did call and schedule for next day, I indicated that I would NOT be there at that time, however, I will have someone at the property. I specifically asked him to contact me while he was there AT the property, because I needed to have this issue resolved due to all the rain this week. I reiterated this when he contacted me the next morning while going to the house. The person who was at the house also asked him to contact me while there, so when did he call and let me know what the issue was? After he left the property to go on an "emergency" roofing job. Then he proceeds to tell me over the phone what the issue was and how to resolve. I asked, due to more rain coming, what he suggested i should due to repair. I then asked how much to just tarp it for now, until the rain passes, and he said $300.00, because that's considered an "emergency " repair. Wow, a tarp at most cost $60.00, so labor to hammer in some nails is $240.00. The good thing is that I only spent $49.00. I guess it is true, you get what you pay for. Hope my story helps.
