They looked at my phone. It wasn't just the screen as initially thought
so they couldn't fix it or at least not at a reasonable price, I'm not
sure which. The phone was several years old and I was already
considering getting a new one.
They contacted me on schedule with the results of their free diagnostics.
My daughter has used them several times and has been pleased with the results. Both this location and Provider name locked. .

they did a diagnostic on the phone and told me the problem was a old/bad battery. I tested with my friend's phone and battery. she has the same Samsung Galaxy S3 and my battery was charged was 90%. her battery charged at 60% didn't change my phone.

After breaking the screen on my Samsung Fascinate, I went online and viewed a video demonstration of how to repair it. The repair looked so Provider name locked. that I ordered the replacement part and began the repair on my own at home, following the video instructions. Unfortunately, removing the glass face looked deceptively Provider name locked. in the 3 minute video. The reality of removing the shattered glass was wildly different. After 45 minutes of heating the glass face with my hairdryer to soften the adhesive, and removing shard after shard of glass, I recalled seeing the CPR - Cell Phone Repair logo on a recent visit to the mall. I called and spoke to someone who said they'd be happy to take a look at it. I dropped off the phone and Provider name locked. took a look at all the pieces I had brought and said he could repair it, no problem. Since I brought all the necessary parts, he only charged me labor at $45. He told me to call back in a couple of hours. I did, and he said my phone was ready. I picked it up the same day and it looks and works great! Having tried the replacement myself, I am immensely impressed with the work they did and the speed with which they did it. I will definitely be using CPR Cell Phone Repair for all future repair needs!- Catherine S.
