  • Overall it went very well. My daughter isn't scared to go there, which is saying something for a 5 year old that had the amount of work done that she did. I would recommend this office for people looking for a good place to take their kids.

  • We’ve been taking our kids to him for about six years. He’s great with the kids. They talk to the kids. They really spend time educating the kids on what to do as well as educating us what to do. They make the experience for the kids really pleasurable. Our kids actually like going to the dentist. It’s nice and they have no fright about it. They are always very excited to go. The office is very clean and neat. There are always lots for the kids to do. They are very careful, very friendly and very helpful. We would use their services again in the future.
  • I arrived at Dr. Provider name locked. 's with a pretty optimistic expectation for how my son's first checkup would go.  He was in a really good mood.  Her office was cheerful and there is a fun waiting room for kids.  While filing out the paperwork I discovered that her practice did not accept my dental insurance and a dental insurance card was required.  I offered to pay with my debit card but the assistant had to check with the Dr. to see if that was okay.  That surprised me.  Why wouldn't a Dr. want to be paid up-front by the patient and just be able to skip the insurance?  After much discussion, they decided to accept my payment.  When the dentist called my son he went into a blind panic.  He was screaming, crying and refusing to even go into the room.  I managed to physically carry him into the room and Dr. Provider name locked. showed me how to hold him in my lap so that she could check his teeth.  I won't say he relaxed but he stopped crying enough so that she could clean and polish and check all of his teeth.  She was very patient and not at all rattled by his screaming.  He received a "no cavities club" sticker and new toothbrush.   Incidentally, my dental insurance reimbursed me 100% for the visit so I will go back as long as they let me pay up front again.
