    Queen City Kitchens
Queen City Kitchens is fabulous to work with every step of the way. Teri was so helpful from the minute we walked in the door and was always available whenever we had any questions. Once we chose our stone, we met with Donnie for fabrication. He gave us a tutorial on how to care for our new counters and helped us decide on the cut of the slabs to have the most beautiful island. Donnie also assured us that whenever we have questions in the future, hell be there for us. This is the type of customer service that I look for and will bring me back to Queen City Kitchens and I would highly recommend them to anyone working on a remodel.

    Queen City Kitchens
Since I only needed a very small piece for my project, I was referred directly to the fabrication shop for a remnant. Donnie was extremely helpful in showing me what they had and in working out a very reasonable price. On the day they were cutting my granite, he sent me pictures asking my opinion and approval on what part of the slab I was most interested in for my piece, and he put me on the calendar on the day I requested for installation. The day prior to installation, we had a snafu with the cabinet makers, and Donnie did everything in his power to remedy the situation. The installers showed up on time and called in advance to let me know they were on their way, and they put in extra time and effort on site to work around the cabinet issues we had discovered the day before. This is the second time we have used Queen City Kitchens (Imported Stone when we used them to resurface our kitchen counters 3 years ago). They are a top notch operation, and a special shout out to Donnie and his installers for their promptness and their ability to help fix a less than ideal situation. We will definitely use them again!

    Queen City Kitchens
We worked with Richy at Queen City Kitchens. He was always available to answer any questions and to suggest alternatives when something did not fit our budget or taste. His drawings were amazing and their selection was top notch with a variety of materials in every price point. As someone with a BFA in Interior Design, I would definitely use Queen City Kitchens in the future.

    Granite Transformations
I will be writing two reviews for Granite Transformations. We had countertops done, backsplash added, and cabinets refaced. Counters and backsplash are great, and that is what I will review here. Cabinets were a different story and will be reviewed separately. We could not be happier with our new countertops. The template process as well as the installation were quick and easy, they showed up on time, and were very professional. Concerns about a 'bulky' look by going over existing counters are unfounded, they look great and look like original installation. One of the best decisions we have made to have Granite Transformations remake our kitchen!

    Restore Tile & Stone
Did a fantastic job refinishing marble floors that were accidentally damaged by a cleaning company. Very happy with the results and would definitely hire again. Pete is very sincere and takes his work very seriously.

    Granite Palace LLC
Willian and Caroline of Granite Palace were simply amazing on the front end. From the initial consultation to the delivery and installation of my quartz counter-tops they were knowledgeable, and proficient. As promised without hesitation, the scheduled delivery was on time. At 1pm as expected, my door bell rang and it was the installers. Matthew and his assistant installed an absolutely gorgeous and seamless quartz waterfall island, kitchen sink, and bar sink area counters. The bathroom quartz counter tops were beautifully crafted as well. In addition to the excellent craftsmanship, they were meticulously clean, and left the kitchen and bathroom spotless from dust and residue, When they walked out of my home my counter-tops were ready to be used. "Loved it!" I also needed an additional outlet cut into the counter-tops and without hesitation they returned within a couple of days of the request to cut the hole for the installation. I highly recommend Granite Palace and will definitely use them for future projects.

    MC Granite Countertops
The people from MC Granite were very punctual from the free estimate, to the measure and the installation. Unlike other countertop providers, I paid per square foot and not per slab. I was able to help decide how I wanted the veins in the Calcutta quartz to be oriented on my countertops. The installers did a superb job. I cannot see a seam. Vivianna at the shop was a gem to work with. The countertops are beautiful!

    Dolce Casa Tile Boutique
Really Terrible experience! Dolce Casa is owned by Pino. Pinos a nice guy but does an awful job. Bath and kitchen remodel. Took 4 months. Dolce Casa workers dont know how to do their trade. Looks like sloppy children did this job. Went through 3 plumbers. Pino demanded more money because 1 of the plumbers got paid by Pino and then never showed up to work. Another plumber quit after damaging the wall in the shower. He broke through the wall into the next room and decided there was too much to repair, so he just quit. All 3 plumbers caused numerous leaks that leaked into the ceilings and rooms below. After ripping out my tub, Pino demanded $500 in addition to the contract price because he didnt realize that the new tub was a different size. Had to refinish all the wood floors in the house after project was complete, because of worker damage. Had to replace the carpeting in the bedroom closet because this is where they stored the removed toilet during the remodel. Large permanent stains on the carpet. Had an item stolen from my garage. When I told Pino, he said yeah, I think I know who would do that. Never got it returned. Just a normal thing to steal homeowners stuff in Pinos world. They disconnected electrical wiring and air vent from kitchen island during kitchen counter replacement. Wires were left bare and disconnected and the exhaust vent was never connected. All finish caulking for the entire job looked like it was smeared on with a fat finger. Looks very unprofessional because it is unprofessional. Cost over $25,000. This Dolce Casa bunch was learning on the job. I dont believe that they had done this kind of work before. Dolce Casa Tile Boutique: AVOID AVOID AVOID!

    Imperial Stone LLC
After waiting two months for another contractor to complete the renovation of my master bath, I finally gave up and terminated the contract. Through angies list I found Imperial Stone. Tony came out right away and did the preliminary measurements and within two weeks of selecting the stone I had beautiful new countertops and sinks--all at a price I found exceptionally reasonable. Needless to say, Tony and Sam are my heroes. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else now.
