ASouthern Restoration Inc.Kyle at Southern Restoration, accompanied by a fellow employee, showed up on time and kept open communication about our appointment and their expected arrival time. They did a thorough inspection and came to the conclusion that I did not need roof repair, as State Farm pushed for (out of my pocket) in order to keep home insurance on my new (old) home purchase. They could have taken the money and replaced the rippling, lumpy, or curved shingles, when in fact it's a structural issue under the roofing. I SO appreciate their honesty. I was very impressed with them and their company and will be hiring them for gutter repair, which they quoted same day. They are writing up an official report for State Farm on their letterhead to report their findings and State Farm's false accusations of a roof that is only 3 years old. I highly recommend and look forward to doing necessary business with them in the future.- Deborah S.

APresto Garage & GutterWe are new residents to NC and needed gutters immediately as we had water coming into the house. I called Bill Benetti at Presto and he came over very quickly to look at what was needed. The existing gutters on the house had not been installed correctly. They were too small and did not route the water off the deck. Bill gave us a detailed description of what needed to be done to correct the problem. He handled everything and got the job done quickly to prevent further water damage. I can’t say enough good things about this company ...very professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. They did everything perfectly and I just called them to install new garage doors for me. They care that the job is done well and they respond to questions and concerns even after the job is done. FHorrible. My dad called Mark to have someone come take a look at the roof (installed by Zimmerman) since there was a leak into the attic down to the room. Mark sent someone out and the guy patched it up stating that it should be good but will need to replace the cap on the chimney. We asked for the estimate and was given an estimate. The patch work was also paid for and there was a warranty if the leak was to occur again as stated on the invoice. My dad called Mark again and he sent the guy back out and he used some epoxy on the inside to patch up the leak. But here’s the catch there was another charge (BE AWARE, DONT BE FOOLED BY THE WARRANTY WRITTEN ON INVOICE!! It doesn’t exist). My dad ended up paying the guy again for work that should have been done right the first time. Since then the roof has been leaking again and my dad has left several voicemails and followed up with texts to Mark, however he has not returned his calls nor respond to his texts. I have always used Zimmerman for roofing needs however the service is no longer there. They are only in it for the money. Please think twice before choosing them for your next roofing repair or a new roof install.

AAmazing!! From start to finish. It was a wonderful experience. Jesse, the sales rep helped on the front end, touched base during the install and then followed up after the job was done. The guys showed up and covered all the shrubs, pulled everything away from the house and got to work. They were actually done in one day! They did a fantastic job and didn’t even leave a trace that they had been here. The only thing that remained were smiles on our faces and a brand new roof! I have recommended them to my mother and my sister as well as to friends. I can’t say enough about these folks. I’m very satisfied!
