FFalcone Crawl Space & Structural RepairWe had to hire another structural foundation company to correct our subfloor. The néw company indicated the thin, flimsy, nailed down scrap pieces of plywood needed to be removed that Falcone installed. The néw company installed additional supports and used thick plywood. They used screws to prevent a squeaky floor. It worked! Lowe’s was then able to install our hardwood! At least we now have confidence in our new flooring. We paid $2500 for their service. We feel Falcone owes us $2304 for the subfloor they never provided! We do have our attorney involved. Falcone should not charge for a service they do not know how to provide! Just for your protection check out their reviews with the BBB! We wish we had!!- E R & S B D.

AThe crew was prompt. Cleaned out debris left behind by previous owners. Removed old insulation and installed new. I asked about radiant heat barrier for one room. They quoted and completed that the second day while finishing the crawl space. They did accidentally pull out the cable to Att while in the crawl space, but helped thread the cable back up thru the floor.

AWhen you call the typical foundation and crawlspace company, the common response is "We'll send someone out to give you a quote". It is very difficult to get a knowledgeable person on the phone. Vince at Foundation Doctor was nice enough to give me his time on the phone to discuss my issues. He then volunteered to come out to take a look for himself since it was a somewhat unusual situation. After he and his associate took a look he said he didn't think I needed his help and we went outside to look at where he thought we may find the problem. He took a look at the landscaping and made suggestions for what may be done to fix the cause of the problem. The landscaping fix will be much less expensive. This after other companies quoted thousands of dollars to fix a crawlspace problem that wasn't the cause of the issue. Vince never offered a quote or tried to sell me anything. He just asked me to let him know how the landscaping fix turns out. I can't tell you how rare it is to find a company that will share their experience with you and expect nothing in return. Based entirely on the integrity and helpfulness they showed, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
