The training went fine. My Trainer, Provider name locked. , was always on-time and worked well with the dogs. We made adequate progress with my dogs.
My reason for the poor grade is due what happened after my training sessions ended. I realized back in March 2015 that I had overpaid by $200 for the sessions. It is now Provider name locked. 2015 and after 6 calls and 1 email, I have yet to recover my overpayment. The Admin that I spoke to in March quickly saw the error when I called the first time and said that she would take care it immediately. This was after offering to apply the over-payment as a credit to future services that I declined and requested that a reimbursement be issued.
Each subsequent phone call has resulted in this same Admin saying she is waiting for "approval" from the owner, Provider name locked. . I have requested to be put in contact with Provider name locked. directly but have been advised that she is not allowed to give his contact information out and that he is sooo busy that he hasn't had time to approve the reimbursement. I have requested for Provider name locked. to call me but of course that hasn't happened.
I'm incredibly disappointed with this company. The training service I received was fine, but the professionalism and customer service is severely lacking. As a result, I would NOT recommend any one use this service as they clearly do not care about maintaining long-term customer loyalty.

It went great. We worked with Provider name locked. , but spoke a few times with Provider name locked. , the owner. The people are nice, friendly and professional, and they are experts. Provider name locked. came out for a consultation and assessment (there was a fee for this--maybe $75?) and told us about the three different training programs they offer. She recommended either the lowest-cost option (which would have been one hour of training every week or so, in our home, for several weeks) or the boarding option, which is their most expensive. They offered us a price break since we had two puppies, it's usually $1,500 per dog, I think. They also have an option where they come to your home for one hour/day for four days to train the dog, and then they come out on the fifth day for an hour to train you.
Our two 8-month old puppies went to them pretty much a mess--they barked, chewed, dug huge holes in the yard and in our drywall, pooped on our heating vents, pulled on the leash...your typical nightmare scenario. When they came back, they would sit/stay, down/stay, heel, stay on "place" and come when called. We received frequent texts with pictures and videos of the puppies during the three weeks they were away from us.
Of course the puppies have tested us since they got back--they had eight months of learning that we were pushovers--but the training made an amazing difference in our quality of life. Provider name locked. spent about 90 minutes with my husband and me when we got the pups back, and then we had about two weeks with the puppies to practice what we'd all learned. We had several phone calls/text conversations during that time to clarify/reinforce any points where we were confused. Two weeks later, Provider name locked. came back and spent another hour or so with us and with our two school-aged sons, to help them learn how to work with the dogs. The puppies are still puppies, and they still test us, but the training has made a tremendous difference.
Also, I contacted three references before we hired Provider name locked. , and I've never received such glowing recommendations for anyone. We're going to board/train the dogs again with Provider name locked. over spring break.

First of all, you Provider name locked. see the "Provider name locked. Bus"... it is awesome! Provider name locked. gets picked up every week in this tricked out school bus that has been retro-ed for Provider name locked. transport. It made me laugh the first time I saw it because it was so awesome! My dog now knows the sound of the bus coming down the street and goes CRAZY before it even gets to the house to pick her up. She has so much fun and is totally wore out by the time she gets home in the evening! I can the pups have a blast playing all day.
Provider name locked. 's set up is ideal! Acres of land for the pups to explore and play safely. They do a great job supervising and keeping everybody happy and healthy. She actually requires a visit to check out Provider name locked. 's temperment and to make sure she will be a good fit for the day-camp. Also a great time to take a tour and see the facilities.
The cost is right on par with most other places in Provider name locked. , but the best part is that they do Pick up/Drop off which is included in the price!
We LOVE Provider name locked. and so does Provider name locked. !
