I found them to be understaffed on the floor to deal with customers. I eventually found an employee that could help me. There was no one there to fit it to me, so I had to wait until the following Tuesday to pick it up.- Barry A.
I bought a bike online elsewhere and after we put it together ourselves (BIG mistake and hassle), it just wasn't quite right. The gears wouldn't shift, it was wobbly, and the brakes weren't working very well. Provider name locked. took a quick look at it and told me they'd do their $69.99 package which is basically a rebuild of the bike so that it would be brand new as if I bought it from them. I gave them my email address and they quoted a day that it would be ready (3 days) and that's when it was ready. They called and emailed to let me know I could pick the bike up. I took it for a ride and I have to say, WOW! In comparison, the bike wasn't really safe to ride before Provider name locked. worked on it. I will never put a bike together myself, will definitely have them put it together for me.- JULIE K.
I took my bike in for maintenance. I requested that it be thoroughly checked over to tighten up anything that I did not tighten properly because I have arthritis in my hands, and requested that they add air to the tires and adjust the seat. I was advised that it would take a week and they would check "every nut and bolt." After a week, I called them and they were going to work on it next. An hour and $50 later, I brought my bike home. They did not add air in the tires or adjust the seat, which I specifically requested. In fact, there was a coat of dust and Provider name locked. and cobwebs on the bike. Can one "Go over everything with a fine tooth comb" and not disturb any dust? The bike technician told me that they only took 5 minutes to check it out. That's thorough? That's expensive!- J M.
