    Within minutes of submitting a request I was contacted to make an appointment. The technician, Stan did a great job and was early. He disassembled the dryer and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was missing a part that's not normally carried, and set a time to return. He returned on time and quickly made the fixes. He was polite, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. He fully explained what he was doing and did before and after the work was done. I will do business again in the future if the need arises and recommend them to others.

    Bill called me earlier in the day to let me know what time he would be arriving. He came within the specified window of time, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem within 15 minutes, determining there was an issue with the power receptacle at the wall. But Bill also asked if I would like for him to reverse the door on the dryer while he was here so I could easily load clothes directly from the washer (which had bothered me since original installation by Lowes!). Bill cleaned out the dryer filter areas I could not reach, giving me a little "tool" so I could continue to keep it cleaned out myself, and straightened the vent at the wall to improve air flow. I could not have asked for a better repair visit!

    He was prompt and professional. The heating element had to be ordered since the oven is so old, but as soon as it came in, he came back and installed it. My dryer was not drying properly, so I asked him to look at it while he was here. He did and found that it was not the dryer but the plastic hose. He corrected that and my old dryer is working like new!

    The repair could not be done due to parts no longer being available. The repairman went above and beyond trying to find anyone with the parts still available with no luck. He was very professional and honest. Would have them back out to repair appliances in a heart beat.

    Called on Tuesday afternoon and within 30 seconds I was talking to the guy that would be servicing my Dryer. He gave me an estimated arrival time of 2pm the following day. The earliest I could get anyone else was the following week. On Wednesday he arrived on time, was professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. He informed me of the cause of the issue, the cost and what he needed to do in order to fix the problem. After going to get the part, he had it installed and working by about 3:10 pm. No attempt to sell me a service contract or other services - just did what he came to do (how refreshing). Very happy with service and highly recommend.

    Wonderful service from Jeff M., promptly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, called back that part was actually in house, installed next day and had us keep the bad part incase any further issues, he could re-install and order new motor. No issues, and never have I had a repair person have me keep the old part to insure accurate work done. Highly recommended!!!

    Dean is a miracle worker!!! My washing machine is very old but he took the time to diagnose the problems and repair everything. The old girl is working like a charm and I could not be happier with the results. Dean was kind, professional, called before his visit, came on time, cleaned up when he finished and told me if I have any problems, simply call back. I would highly recommend Dean and 123 Appliance Repair. If ever I'm having issues with other appliances in the future, I would not hesitate to call them for help.

    I didn't get to use Metrolina because of vacations and scheduling conflicts but I'm giving them an A because they responded to my Angieslist inquiry promptly and courteously, even helping to diagnose the problem over the phone and give me a general price for my specific model, despite knowing I probably couldn't wait for their availability. Most other companies didn't even bother to return the message/ call. I would definitely call them next time I need help.

    I submitted the request on Friday night and they called on Saturday morning to tell me the technician would call shortly to schedule repair. I didn't hear from the technician so I had to call them back and got it scheduled for Monday (hence, the B on responsiveness). On Monday, they were to be there between say 3-5 but didn't show up until 5:30 or call to say running late. (hence, the C on punctuality). I understand that things come up but, with cell phones and texting, there is really no reason not to communicate delays. I do appreciate them responding to my inquiry on a Saturday and think they tried hard to have prompt scheduling and communication but just need to tweak it a bit. Technician was cool and he got the job done promptly.

    Our refrigerator is over 20 years old. 123 Appliance came out and put in a new ice maker motor last year and it has been working great ( see review ). Last month we noticed water in the drip tray below the door ice dispenser . We called and they thought they found the problem....the "flap door" was so old they thought condensation was leaking from that area. They ordered the part and installed it a day or two later. It turned out we had a bigger problem....the leak was coming from a sealed unit in the door. The refrigerator was so old no replacement parts or even new door were available. Bottom line is we needed a new fridge. BUT ! 123 Appliance refunded all our money except one service call charge since they could not get parts to fix it ! That is great customer service !!!!
