    Ophthalmic Consultants Boston
The success with these procedures far exceeded my wildest expectations! Dr Shingleton is a master at his craft. He's the best!! My optometrist who I saw for follow-up after my surgeries likened the work Dr Shingleton did on my eyes to the "the Mona Lisa". All his team and all involved at OCB are at the top of their fields. I am thrilled, and so grateful to have had the opportunity to go there for my care.

    Berman, Dr. Frank

I have been seeing him for about 30 years. He knows his stuff and answers any questions I have. He is knowledgeable, professional and responsible. I have no complaints about his availability. He is getting so busy.

I saw DR L not sure of name but great guy, The women who saw me first was great. No issues they were almost right on time I mean really nothing had me in 2:50 appt was 2:40 so really ontime. Andrejko, Dr. Phyllis
I first went to Dr. Andrejko for a regular eye exam to get new glasses. The practice uses student to conduct the initial exams, which are very, very thorough. Dr. Andrejko then repeated some of the exams and asked lots of questions of me. She discovered a significant inflammation in my eyes and started treatment with steroid drops. She explained the issues and possible causes and took her time to be sure I understood why she wanted to follow up. She also coordinated with my primary care doctor to run blood tests to try to determine the underlying cause of the inflammation. The first tests ruled out most typical causes, and she ordered an additional set of tests to rule out more unusual possible causes. I was very impressed with Dr. Andrejko's thoroughness. She went the extra mile to ferret out possible causes (which were never determined). She followed up with me multiple times until the inflammation was gone, and she will see me in 3 months to ensure it remains a non-issue. I am glad I found Dr. Andrejko. Despite the length of time for each appointment (because of the students conducting very careful exams), I will gladly continue as a patient with her.

    Newton-Wellesley Eye Associates
My experience was excellent. The staff was efficient and informed, the waiting room pleasant. There were people in the waiting room who'd been coming to the practice for many years and who spoke very highly of it. My appointment was great. The doctor is genuine, warm, smart, and informative. He was very thorough, explained everything very well, did very thorough diagnostic work, and he did great follow-up both by phone and patient gateway letter. I am definitely staying with Dr. Leibole! Very satisfied.

    Dann, Dr. Harriet B
I had one eye done but after the surgery, I had a rather long bout with minor infection.  Dr. Dan was very nice but seemed to get impatient with me when I decided to postpone further surgeries until the first eye was completely healed.  I felt rushed to meet her schedule and expectations with less regard to my own needs. I since have left to go to another doctor who seemed to see a very different situation when she examined my eyes.  So far, I trust this new doctor more.

It's hard to make an appointment in Boston and your wait is anywhere from one to six months. It's almost like emergency rooms are taking the place of the office visits. Emergency doctors have to learn to look at the patient not as a one-time-thing, but it might be the only time the patient gets to see anybody which is a whole new approach to emergency room doctors.

    Weissman, Dr. Irving L
I had gone to Dr. Weissman numerous times before for eye exams, the last being 7 years ago before a driver's license renewal. With another renewal looming (I need glasses to drive), I was delighted to learn he was at the same location on Washington Street in Brighton,, and I surprised that it had been 7 years! I had a thorough exam (vision, glaucoma, etc.) and got my prescription updated. From my previous visit I learned from him that he could complete a form so that I wouldn't need to have my vision checked at the RMV. It's much more relaxing to have everything about my vision checked before I go to the Registry.

    Andreoli, Dr. Christopher M.
He explained things very well. I had a retinal hemorrhage and he explained the risks and benefits of surgery versus leaving things to settle on their own, to see how it resolves. He did not push me into anything, but made the choices very clear and answered questions right to the point. The surgery, which I chose, went extremely well. I was blind in my left eye and now I can see as well as I could before. The administration in terms of the office procedure and letting me know about appointments and what to expect on operations was good.
