  • It went really well. Her personality was a little bit perky but she’s very nice, very respectful and super professional. She’s really good. She’s very fair in her pricing. She’s very attentive. She’s very good in all of those. They give very good service.

  • I went to Bella Sante with a group of girlfriends. It was a nice experience. The only criticism I had was that when the masseuse asked if I had any particular areas that needed focus, I said yes, and told him where, but he didn't do any focusing on those areas (my calves). I had done a 10K, and was looking forward to getting some muscle relief, so this was a disappointment. My recommendation would be to be even more vocal about what you want.

  • It went well but his technique  was a bit too heavy-handed for my  needs.  I'm sure that I arrived in one, big knot  but his technique and  strength might be better served on a larger person or an athlete.   Absolutely no complaints with him as a provider, he was professional , detail oriented, asked questions and most importantly,  kept the talking to a minimum which is not always easy with me -I chat when I'm nervous (traffic issues, lack of parking or got lost) or when I'm new to something and excited.

  • I wasn't happy with them. I felt that the women at the counter were not particularly responsive. The women who did the work were very good I think. I was not up there with a young blonde blender with me, I'm seventy and plump so that was my general feeling.

  • They are good and I like them. I really like that they don't just give me exercises, they actually spend a really long time with me. In addition to the exercises and machines right there, they also do directed deep massage and ultrasound. They do ice or heat. It is very complete and it seems more than most places that I've been. It may be because they have students there. Everything I went for got better. Their office is at the end of a very long hall on the first floor so it could be quite difficult to get there if you are disabled or on crutches but it wasn't a problem for me.

  • Carolyn is very good. She is working all my problem areas (shoulders, neck, back, legs - everything!!), and even eased some hand arthritis pain.I started with once-a-week sessions, am now doing 2x a month, and hopefully will get on a maintenance schedule of once-a-month after that.

  • It took longer than I expected to get to his place, so I arrived a little late, stressed out from driving in traffic.  This colored my experience.  It took a while to let go of my anxiety and to relax in our session.  The actual massage was good, and by the end I felt my goal was achieved.  I would return if his massage studio were closer to my home or office.

  • Janet was very knowledgeable and communicated alot regarding tips for pregnancy. Tips I found useful throughout my pregnancy such as how to properly turn yourself in bed, etc. I found that her knowledge above any other prenatal masseuse I went to was far superior. The massage itself was great, very therapeutic but also could be a little painful in some areas I had tenderness but in all fairness, I didn't speak up for those parts. The rest was great and I felt very relaxed afterwards. Nice office and street parking was easy on a Saturday morning. Great experience, thank you!

  • I had a 90 minute prenatal massage with Rachel.  The whole transaction went very smoothly from scheduling online using schedulcity.com which sent me a reminder to the day of the appointment.  The actual massage was great, Rachel was very friendly, punctual, accomodating and provided much stress relief and general relaxation.  Pressure was good and she was very responsive.  The price was great and they don't accept tips which was also a welcome surprise given the great price for value of servive.  Very happy and will return again.

  • I had been to other chiropractors, but none really explained the hows and whys of the care like Dr. Beneski's staff.  He takes a whole body approach to care, not just treating the symptoms, but trying to get to the root of the cause, be it diet or lifestyle.  I now get regular massages before adjustments and I have never felt better in my life!
