    I called the number listed, Matt answered, and we scheduled an appt for 4pm on Wednesday. Early Wednesday afternoon, Matt texted asking if the appt was 2pm or 5pm! I reminded him that the appt was for 4pm. At exactly 4pm, I arrived at my home to meet Matt but he was not there. I texted Matt to let him know I was at my house to meet with him. Matt replied that he'd been there about 5 minutes to 4pm, waited a couple of minutes, then left. (I'm skeptical that was true.) I asked if Matt could return later (any time between 4 and 6pm) as he was still in the area. He said he would but did not show up during those 2 hours. I asked if we could reschedule. We scheduled another appt for 9:30am on Friday. I was there all morning but Matt never showed up and never contacted me. I gave up on Matt. I hired another contractor who kept his appointment with me.

    I was extremely happy with this company up until just recently (hence the 3 star). I have been renting with them for around 14 months now. If you qualify and meet their standards they are wonderful to work with. If you are paying your rent in full and on time, they will go above and beyond to meet your needs. However, if there is an unexpected life turn, even notifying them will not help. I was laid off at work and could no longer afford the rent. Even their qualifications say that you must make 3x the rent in a months time. I now make less than 2x the rent. I notified them of my life changes thinking that was right thing to do, but as I had forgotten, just remember they have a contract in place and that is what they will go by like any other business. They are still a great company despite my disagreements and misunderstandings on some of their business practices, but if are going into renting with them knowing there is even a possibility of financial changes in your life, I would not recommend them.

    Everything went smoothly, from making the appointment online, to Brandon showing up EXACTLY when he said he would, to his being polite and professional. My wife was home while Brandon was there and was very pleased with every aspect of the work.

    Talented welder who can handle functional as well as creative welding. For me, he crated a custom iron garden gate, removed old gate, installed new gate and posts, and fixed additional railing that had not been welded properly and was weeping rust. Stephen was professional, and listened to what I needed. He does quality, precise welding work. I was entirely pleased with his work and performance.     Wonderful they fixed problems that I have been told by other companies could not be fixed. When it was time to settle up I was expecting an astronomical bill but they actually charged half and I paid the full 425 plus a 300 dollar tip.

    It went well except when we were leaving my house they said they were stopping for gas and ended up stopping for lunch and were gone a little more than 30 minutes. I only realized this because I called them to see if they had gotten lost. I had bought footlong Subway sandwiches for them and had cold waters. I expected them to take a break to eat them and should have told me that as I waited at the storage unit.

    There are underground utilities in this neighborhood, and the first installer couldn't find the cable source. The second person did and connected it so that service was fine, but the cable was left on top of the ground, with the indication that someone would come within a week to bury it (running across my next door neighbor's yard). After more than two weeks, no one had come, so I called. In a couple of days, the cable was buried, but they accidentally disconnected my neighbor's cable. She had to call someone to set it up again. I like BrightHouse/Spectrum cable on the tv, but service has always been unpredictable.

    The young men who showed up were sharp, friendly, and capable. They were punctual and polite. They were careful with my belongings and willing to do anything I asked. I will use them any time I have similar needs. The owner has contacted me any time there was need for clarification about my online request and has always followed up to be sure I was satisfied with services.

    Bluff Park TV Repair
    He told me he didn't care what the customer said and I needed to put all the screws back in it before he would consider a repair. I felt he was rude, but that is just my opinion. He is probably a nice guy when the customer hasn't done more than half the work for him.
