ADSLD LAND MANAGEMENT CODSLD completely overhauled our yard. From the very first meeting, David Sharp had a vision for our lawn and walked us through every step. We could not get grass to grow and he knew exactly what to do. He cut down a dozen trees to allow for more sunlight, grated our front and backyard, added a retaining wall, laid sod and voila!... ASouthFace Renovations LLC.Johnny and his team did so many things at our house, I can't even remember them all! We initially needed him to paint and repair the exterior of our house, and also tear down an old deck and spruce up the brick courtyard underneath. When other things come up (as they usually do with an older house) he did most free of charge, or gave us a great rate. We definitely felt like he had our best interest at heart. We were preparing to put our house on the market, so we didn't want to sink a ton of money into something we would be leaving. All his hard work worked - our house sold 9 days after we put it on the market! Aside from everything looking great, Johnny and his team were so thoughtful and friendly. My 18 month old son and I were home most of the time they were here, and they were always very polite and clean. ASouthFace Renovations LLC.Johnny and Scott were great to work with! They showed up the morning of the day they said they would start, and finished 7 days later, exactly when they said they would finish. The entire crew was polite and professional. Once the job was complete, we did a thorough walk through and every detail was complete to our satisfaction. We had to order some shutters that did not arrive until the job was complete and Johnny picked them up for us, painted them and had them hung almost immediately. The final cost was exactly what the quoted estimate was, no more. We will be doing some interior renovations in the future and I will certainly give these guys a call again.- Jennifer C.

ASouthFace Renovations LLC.They removed all the old storm windows, scraped and cleaned all the wood trim and windows of our historic brick house, repaired rotted wood, replaced loose glaze on wood windows, primed with an oil based primer, painted everything that was not brick, (two colors), and replaced cleaned storm windows. The crew did a great job. The house is very old and had not been painted in at least 20 years, they worked very hard to get everything prepped properly. They rebuilt several wood features on the eaves that were rotted. The foreman was very responsive to my concerns about paint color and type of paint. They finished in a reasonable amount of time and only took off when it was raining. The house looks almost new. In any case, I would highly recommend.- Rosa S.

AOne Call RoofingOne Call came and did a thorough review and estimated repair for brick and interior damage. They went a step further to help diagnose poor flashing/roof junction and suggested we’d continue to have water leaking if we didn’t repair that too. They were great about estimating everything separately so we could get comparison quotes. They were responsive and professional. Even helped advance workers out due to rain in the forecast.- Terri G.

AI had an old, painted beadboard ceiling on my screened in porch that was starting to buckle and needed replacing. I called Johnny and discussed the project with him, sent pictures of the existing ceiling and also pictures of ceilings that I liked. Within a few days, he came out to the house and provided an estimate. He scheduled a work date the next week, delivered the materials, and had the project completed in one day (he originally though it would take two days)! They returned the following day to stain it a beautiful natural color. Very prompt, professional and hard working. I’m very happy with the results, and I will certainly use him again in the future!

AWe hired them to replace an existing concrete driveway that was in terrible shape due to roots, and to build a custom patio in our back yard. They gave us a reasonable estimate, were very professional and completed the work when promised. They take pride in their work and the finished product was beautiful. DMy first inspection appointment was in early July 2020. Matt showed up to inspect and was very polite but was unable to inspect entire crawl space because of narrow clearance. He took pictures and measurements and recommended some things we could do to make the foundation more secure. I was told to expect a quote with pictures on Monday. After not hearing anything from him for 3 MONTHS after emailing him through the website and leaving messages on the office answering machine. Finally heard back from Matt on October 14th, and I agreed to another inspection with him bringing along another smaller sized worker that would be able to inspect the entire crawl space. Second inspection was November 5th 2020, they were very polite and found a few more things that could be improved. I was told to expect a quote on Friday. It is now December 7th and I have yet to hear anything from this company. Very frustrating and I will not be using them in the future.
