    Konstruct LLC
The original re-tile job was complicated when wood rot was found underneath the old tile requiring replacement. Also the original plumbing had issues that required re-work. Fortunately he was able to do all of the additional work at a very reasonable rate. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth out this remodel.

    Precision Tile and Stone
Precision Tile and Stone did an excellent job. John gave great advice re the sourcing of materials and fixtures. He did all the demolition, which was extensive in this 50+ year-old, tiled bathroom. He replaced the subflooring, sheetrock, and put in new tile floor and shower with a higher ceiling. Very attentive to detail in all aspects of the project. Excellent, beautiful results. Very high quality work! I could not be more happy with the work John did. Great job!

    J Brewer and Associates
We were in Birmingham while J. Brewer and Assocs. redid our condo in Chattanooga. We were quite pleased. The price was fare without too many extras and the time frame was accurate. They were easy to communicate with and let kept us up on the project from afar. I think what speaks volumes is our neighbor who lives in the condominium next door and who was home most days as the work was being done, decided to use them to remodel her unit. She was the day in day out eyes of our project and obviously liked the work and the workers. We would recommend J. Brewer and Assocs.

    ELM Construction LLC
Elm Construction did our major remodel, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We did a total renovation of the living areas of our house and included a laundry room addition. The renovation included gutting our kitchen, removing interior walls, moving a staircase, the laundry addition, replacing and covering our deck, and reconfiguring the layout of our finished basement. It was a big job! From working with Elliott on the design, to getting the 3D rendering, to the actual demo and reconstruction, the experience went so smoothly. Donavon, our project manager, stayed on top of everything and went out of his way to make sure everything was done to the highest of standards. Donavon kept in touch daily, and they provided us a link to their portal which made scheduling, change orders, and payments easy. We lived in part of the house during the whole thing, and Elliott and Donavon made sure we werent too inconvenienced. We will definitely use Elm again for any future projects. We highly recommend them!

You Sign Paypa! First, let me say that this was the WORST experience I have EVER had hands down. If your contractor says that this company will be your fabricator, REFUSE and tell them to go somewhere else! They may be cheaper, but if you have to pay for your kitchen granite TWICE What was supposed to be an experience I have dreamed of for months, turned into a nightmare I am still dealing with and reminded of on a daily basis because it is there to remind me every morning when I walk into my kitchen. The lack of craftsmanship and pride in work is astounding to me. There are VISIBLE CRACKS in the piece that they refused to address. (YOU SIGN PAPYA!) When we chose the 2 pieces of granite, they were delivered to the shop. Not only did we provide the 2 pieces needed, but we sent 2 ADDITIONAL pieces for them to choose from to ensure that we had the perfect flow. We were grateful to the granite company for offering to send 4 pieces for Southern Stone to choose from, but they refused to even look at the 2 additional pieces sent and said that we had to pay for the pieces (which was not true). All she had to do was look over the pieces and choose the 2 best. Obviously, she didnt. (YOU SIGN PAYPA!) Not only did she refuse to even look at the 2 additional slabs we sent over, she told my husband that in order to proceed, he had to sign a paper stating that the 2 pieces she chose were acceptable. My husband is NOT the contractor, nor is he a granite expert. However, being the wonderful and trusting husband that he is, he knew that in order for us to be back into our home before Christmas, we had to have a kitchen and he signed the vaguely worded, hand written note that she put in front of him saying that the slabs were acceptable. (YOU SIGN PAYPA!) When the slabs were installed, we excitedly rushed over to the house to see the long-anticipated kitchen and were in total shock at the state of the granite. There were so many problems that I dont have enough room to write down or show EVERY SINGLE CRACK in the granite!!! (See picture attached) We met our contractor at Southern Stone. As soon as we arrived, she started repeating over and over YOU SIGN PAYPA! as if this somehow allowed them to install cracked granite in our entire kitchen! I wonder if they have tried this coercive tactic with other customers. The bottom line is that Southern Stone and Cabinet tried to take advantage of us. Not only did they outright lie about statements and promises made, they also tried to manipulate the situation and place blame on everyone but themselves for serious issues with their workmanship that compromised the structural integrity of the slabs. We offered numerous times to have the owners come and actually see the cracks in the slabs, but they never did. The slabs were unfinished, unpolished, cracked, chipped, and just disappointing! We are moving on to a new fabricator, so if your contractor says that they are using Southern Stone and Cabinet, REFUSE and RUN!!! I hope this review helps someone avoid the heartache we are still dealing with (2 weeks before Christmas), and whatever you do DONT SIGN ANY PAYPA!

    Cabinet Refinishing
Paul and his crew did an outstanding job of updating our kitchen and bathroom. They replaced one kitchen cabinet (due to a leak which we didn't discover until too late), built new up-to-date cabinet doors and even upgraded a microwave cabinet to match They also installed a quartz countertop and new plumbing. The end result is just what we had ;hoped it would be. The crew were prompt, efficient, neat and .

    Tub & Tile Solutions
Tub and Tile did a wonderfu job refinishing the mustard and green tile in my bathrooms. The bathrooms look brand new! The guys kept the worksite clean and were always professional. The owner was super responsive via text and worked around my schedule. My son walked on the wet paint and Tub and Tile completd the repair at no additional cost. I am so pleased with the work they completed in both of my bathrooms. I highly recommend Tub and Tile Solutions.

    M & M Home Repair Inc
Overall it went very well. This is a true mom & pop (&son) operation that delivers very high quality work for a fair price. They always showed up on time (when scheduled) and work hard all day long. My only detractor was it was hard to get the scheduling done towards the end of the project. They are in demand because they are so good. I would definitely recommend them.

    SouthFace Renovations LLC.
Considering it was a major bath renovation, the entire process went smoothly. Working with Johnny (owner) was easy from the bid through the job completion and minor followups. All workers were proficient and professional and good with followup and cleanup. Once the job started, there were no hiccups in scheduling and finished in a timely manner. Would definitely use again.

We're still in progress (waiting on granite) but the portion that Counter Dimensions handled (removal of old flooring, counter and fixtures and installation of new floor, counters, tub, toilet, move plumbing and electrical--this was all done professionally, with great technicians who knew their stuff, showed up on time, cleaned up behind themselves EVERY DAY. They asked questions when they needed confirmation on location or style, but otherwise could work independently. I've been incredibly pleased with the entire process and absolutely every person I've worked with including our designer, Maggie Glass who really has a good eye and listened to what I wanted, made smart design and material suggestions that kept the project in budget.
