We're delighted-- we thought we'd have to replace the Provider name locked. (it IS 30 years old, after all!!) because we couldn't get to the wire leading to the element. Provider name locked. was came on time, was cheerful, efficient , and effiective. The Angie's list discount really helped us out, too. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Disclaimer: *They will take advantage where they can*
I used Provider name locked. several months ago & I was very satisfied. There was a minor problem with my dishwasher and it was fixed on site in no time, all I basically owed was their $80 service call plus about $20 for parts & labor, as it took well under an hour.
Last week, I had them come out and quote me to replace 4 rods at a cost of $400. Because I'm a member on angie's list, I received a "discount" to $365. I asked about the price for materials & labor & the tech said it would be about 1/2 & 1/2. After I told the tech I wanted to buy the parts myself, the quote came down to $240, less the $80 service call, so basically $160. I bought the rods myself with no fuss online for $50. The labor for the job was estimated at 1/2hr-1 hour. The tech spent approximately 1 hour at my home for the $80 service call, yet when he installed the rods (he was at a total of my house for roughly one hour), he would not come off the amount of $160. So basically, minus travel time, the labor at this place comes out to $320, or to give them the benefit of the doubt, $300. His reasoning was he can't come down on the labor quote because that's what the quote was. I still found this to be very unreasonable. However, I will say, the technician was very nice and I hold no ill will toward him personally. He is just under specific instructions from managers/owner. I would not use this company again. They may be good for certain jobs, but do your homework or you WILL be taken advantage of. Hope I've been helpful to all prospective customers out there...

They sent their "ice maker " specialist who came over , checked it and determined that it needed a certain switch. He ordered the switch and came back in three days and put it in.
While there he also rerouted the drain line so it works better. This guy really knows icemakers.
I had it worked on last year by "another" repair company. They took it back to their warehouse and kept it a month.
