    Dr. Meissner was very patient, I didn't respond to usual therapies because I am unable to take NSAIDS but he worked with me, sent me to physical therapy, did not prescribe an expensive prosthesis and eventually I was cured. Very happy with outcome, and he couldn't be nicer.

    He’s terrific. My wife and I both go to him. I had plantificitious. He gave me instructions for one exercise, explained everything, and then gave me orthotics, and then after three days, the pain was gone and I haven’t had any problems since, and now I don’t have to wear the orthotics.

    When I made the appointment, talked to a very friendly receptionist/nurse who took my information and created a timely appointment.  When I tried to verify the address, she explained that the office address I found on a healthcare website was incorrect and that Dr. Gredlein works out of Glyndon MD. She also explained that I would receive paperwork to complete and that if I faxed it back to them, it would save me time at my appointment. I received the paperwork within a few days. On the day of my appointment, I was seen within minutes of arriving.  The nurse assisted me with shoe removal and placing paper booties on my feet.  When Dr. Gredlein came into the room, she introduced herself and asked about my concerns.  She examined both feet and decided to rule out bone spurs by having x-rays taken on both feet.  Afterwards, she determined that I had an ingrown toe nail that was putting pressure on both big toes but that the right toe was causing most of my pain. She was willing to accommodate my request to remove the nail on the same day so that I could get some relief. With the use of a tourniquet and needles of anethesia, she performed the task with very little discomfort to me. Dr. Gredlein carefully explained the proper care of my toe and prescribed a medication for me to use. I experienced no complications from this procedure and was very pleased with my follow-up visit on 06/04/14.

    If I could give zero stars that is what it would be. I had a surgery scheduled for 1-9-18. Before the surgery they verified my insurance and gave me a the total for what the surgery was going to cost me out of my pocket. The total I was given was $1140 of which I paid $600 and got a receipt from the office that showed the payment and also the balance left of 540. About 3 weeks after the surgery on one of my follow up appointments i was told that I now owe an additional $1200 because the billing person must have messed up and told me the wrong amount. I was told that by office staff that if I could provide proof of the balance I was told that they would have to honor the agreed price. Today I brought the receipt in and showed it to them. Then Dr Schultheiss came down and took me into a patient room to talk and "get my story" as he said. I explained that we specifically got the balance so I knew what I had to pay before the surgery and not to mention they would not even start the surgery until at least half of it was paid. He then told me that everyone in the office was wrong and that I was responsible and he didn't understand what I wasn't getting. I politely said I will see my Dr. which is Dr Reich and I will leave and I got up and went back out to the waiting room. About a minute later he came out into the waiting room where there was 4 other patients and said to me "you can leave now" he then tried to tell me he was calling the police on me for being belligerent because I was explaining that he was trying to get over on me and I even showed the people in the waiting room my receipt that validated what I was saying. I did not back down to him like he was trying to get me to do and he was obviously trying to intimidate me. He then walked up stairs making condescending comments towards me again in front of other patients and also stating dont worry I will be sending it to collections today. Not only is this very unprofessional it is borderline fraud and also violations of HIPPA. He was going over all of my personal business in front of 4 other patients and all of the staff. It seems that Howard likes to talk down to people as I have heard him talk to his staff that way several times and the last time I was in there the whole time I was waiting I had to hear him talking about his divorce he was in and how he was gonna take the house and everything from his ex wife because she was a *****. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I will say that Dr Reich and the staff is awesome and all apologized to me for their bosses unprofesionalism and rudeness. I would not reccomend going here unless you want to get ripped off and put at risk of your personal information going to anyone because he obviously thinks he is better than everyone and he can do what he wants to take advantage of people. Not this time. I have also already contacted a lawyer in regards to disclosing all of my personal information in front of other patients and clearly violating HIPPA.

    I would leave zero star if I could.  On paper, on photo, Rachel and this business seems like a legit hard-working small business, but I'm experiencing irresponsible and business fraud right now.  I bought a groupon which expires not til end of this year, and contacted her via email/phone. First of all, her phone never got picked up, so I ended up sending email.  She replied nicely and set up an appointment with me via google, all seems nice and legit.  A day before appointment, she sent an email letting me know something came up that we needed to reschedule.  We rescheduled and she never showed up for that.  No phone calls, no emails for any explanation, she just simply vanished or ignored my correspondence.  I actually checked these yelp reviews and google reviews before I even made the purchase, thinking the negative ones were probably individual bad experiences, until boom!  Still waiting for her response before I bring this further to any authority.  This feels bad! Be Aware!
