  • Floors looked great. They were quick to it, which was helpful since we wanted to move in to the home. My only complaint is that there is a spot near the radiator that you can tell where they scraped versus sanded the area. It will have a radiator cover, so that's minimal. Is that even a complaint? No! That just goes to show what a good job they did. It took them four days because one day they let the floors breathe because they had been under carpet so long. <Provider name locked. /> Provider name locked. was great. He's Brazilian and very  thorough. The workers were very nice, they always gave me thumbs ups whenever I walked in the house. Be sure to wear a Provider name locked. when you walk in. I made that mistake. <Provider name locked. /> I have photos, i think they speak for themselves the floors look FANTASTIC. Bravo. <Provider name locked. /> 10% discount for Angie's list didn't hurt either!<Provider name locked. />

  • I recently purchased a row home with hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms. Their estimate price was reasonable, and they were flexible about what kind of stain, and whether or not I wanted them to do the shoe molding. They did a test patch first to show what the floor would look like after sanding, then asked what color I wanted and demonstrated what it would look like. They asked what style of finish I wanted (satin/semi-gloss/gloss). They use low VOC products, seal off any areas they aren't working on with plastic sheeting to block dust, and use Provider name locked. with a vacuum built in to catch dust as they sand. They also went through and vacuumed when they were done. I have asthma, so I really appreciated the low VOC products, and the effort they went to to reduce the amount of dust. I had them install shoe molding, too, since there wasn't any when I bought the house. It goes very well with the floors color-wise. They were polite and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend them!

  • The floors look really good. However, they were very sloppy. We had bought the house as a foreclosure and a lot of TLC was needed to get it back to looking good. Before the floors were done, I had everything painted and clean. The floor guys came in and showed no regard for any of it. They left trash and cigarette butts out side. They left a soda cup which ended up with condensation from the ice on my freshly painted mantle and also left one on the window sill. There are dirty hand prints all over the walls at levels that make you wonder how they got there. How are there hand prints and dirt at eye level on the walls. They got stain all over the walls and on the tile floor, then told me that goo gone would get it out. Well last time I checked, I wasn't paying myself to clean up after them. Absolute B*******. Just writing this makes me so mad right now. I put so much work in to this place and they just came in and could give two s**** about it. How do you not use a drop cloth over top of the tile? They didn't even know the right way to cut the shoe molding. The shoe molding looks awful. Also, I needed a transition piece to go from the tile to the wood floors. He comes to me with some stupid a** piece that he would have to angle to get in there and make it look halfway decent. He said that was the only piece that he could find from his supplier. Thank God I didn't take his advice on this. Turns out, they have a perfect piece at Home Depot. So Home Depot has this piece but the supplier doesn't? Give me a freakin break. This was the most unprofessional job I have ever paid someone to do. So now I have my pregnant wife washing baseboards and walls and what ever else they didn't clean,so I can paint them, AGAIN.
